This newly built luxury home sleeps 15 with 4 King Suites and 2 Bunk Rooms, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite bath. Featuring 2 living rooms and a game room, with custom arcades and foosball. The complimentary golf cart gives you easy access to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The 90ft HEATED pool and clubhouse is directly across from the house! Conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive in the free golf cart from dozens of great restaurants and shops. Serenity offers a mix of luxury, comfort, and adventure.

Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

Watch sports, movies, and more on the 5 big-screen TVs while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area.
