Welcome to Angelfish, just a 2-min ride in the FREE 6-seat golf cart to Miramar Beach's largest beach access, where emerald waters meet sugar-white sands. This newly built luxury home sleeps 17 with 4 King Suites and 2 Bunk Rooms, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite bath. Featuring 2 living rooms and a game room, with custom arcades and foosball. The complimentary golf cart gives you easy access to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The 90ft HEATED pool and clubhouse is directly across from the house! Conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive in the free golf cart from dozens of great restaurants and shops. Angelfish offers a mix of luxury, comfort, and adventure.

🏖 BEACH EXPERIENCE

Your luxury villa is just a two-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!


🏡 THE RETREAT AT MIRAMAR COMMUNITY

Your luxury villa is located in a private community called the "Retreat at Miramar". Guests staying in the property have full access to the 90-foot long heated private Retreat pool and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion. It's a perfect space for cookouts, with 7 Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool. Watch sports, movies, and more on the 5 big-screen TVs while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area. Guests are also welcome to fish in the community catch and release pond behind the pavilion. Nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach, Angelfish is conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive from dozens of great restaurants and shops.

The house was perfect for our group of 15! Plenty of space for sleeping. The walk to the beach was short and for those that did not enjoy walking, the golf cart was perfect! It was nice being by the pool and the house was stocked with a nice assortment of cookware, dishes and other needed things!

Such a great house and so well stocked. Alex was super responsive! We loved taking the golf cart down to the beach. Our favorite part was the heated pool area and grilling station right across the street. It was perfect!

Family vacation 2025

Great place to stay with a large family. Alex was great at getting back to me with any questions or needs. We used the kitchen daily and enjoyed the short ride to the beach on the golf cart. The pool was only steps away and great for times we didn’t feel like heading to the beach.

Destination wedding

The home is beautiful and very comfy. The main living area on the first floor was perfect. The only thing I would change is more seating in living area. I had family that stayed close by and they had steps and/or bedrooms on first floor. That to me was a bad design. We were right across from the pool which was a huge bonus as well since we had littles that love the water. We would definitely stay in that unit again! There were a few instances with spring breakers but honestly we never heard them and they didn’t bother us at all.

Absolutely Perfect!

The house is amazing and the location was perfect. My review will not do this home justice. We had PLENTY of space and no one felt crammed. The property amenities were stellar. The home had everything you needed to live for the week. You would have thought you were staying at a resort. We had absolutely no issues. We took our dog and walked him with ease. In the early mornings, we let him run around the water area. You cannot go wrong with this home.

Amazing property minutes from the beach

We booked this lovely home for our family vacation. Clean, lovely, upscale and homey! A perfect home away from home. We had a party of 12 and this house was the perfect size and location for our group; moments from the beach (and a short golf cart ride) and just across the street from the pool. As far as accommodations; this house had ample amount of beds that were all incredibly comfortable. The 2 common areas (one on the first and one on the second floor) were fabulous and great for a kid hangout and adult hangout. Plenty of parking for 3 full size vehicles and still room to access the golf cart from the garage. There were also tons of floats, boogie boards and beach chairs which make one less thing to pack or purchase! We had an amazing week and would definitely recommend!

Angelfish retreat was a fantastic stay for my large family this past week. House was big and accommodating, pool was big enough and kept clean, caught a huge carp out of the catch and release pond while grilling on the green egg! I just had surgery the day before we arrived so the golf cart was great for getting around as well. Only complaint i have is the "quiet time" rule. Didn't realize until after we had paid that it was in an HOA community. There were some bonuses to that, unfortunately the 10-10:30 quiet time wasn't one of them! But overall this was a great home away from home!!
