Very new clean house backed up against a golf course in a quiet older neighborhood. 5 minutes from coconut point mall and food. Everything you would want in a vacation rental.

Great neighborhood, beautiful property, convenient to everything!

We rented this property while in Bonita Springs for a conference at the Hyatt Coconut Point. The ease of travel from RSW, the proximity to conference, store fronts, beach, etc. were all perfect. The home is beautifully designed and has everything you need for a full weeks stay. The property manager was quick to return messages, check in to see if everything was going well, etc. Lives up to its name “Modern Oasis” for sure, will book again when back in Bonita!

The property was awesome! For our stay, the location was perfect, close to everything. The backyard and pool were a hit. Will absolutely look to stay again if/when we are back in the area.
