Vista Del Mar is in the newly Harbor 171 complex that offers stunning views of the Bandera Bay and Puerto Vallarta. Harbor has 8 pools and 2 jacuzzis. There is a rooftop pool, sauna, gym and bar opening soon with the highest views in Puerto Vallarta. With direct beach access you can enjoy a massage, jet skis rentals and horseback riding for additional fees. Whale watching and beautiful sunsets are included. We have complimentary beach chairs for your convenience. The building also has 24/7 security.

Please note that the last stretch of road to the building is currently bumpy. As the building is brand new, the developer is in the process of addressing this and improvements are expected soon.
The rooftop is also scheduled to open at the end of February.

The condo was exactly as listed and fully met expectations. Very clean, some basics included. Loved the reverse osmosis water system and in suite laundry. The a/c worked very well as temps were 32 feeling like 41 during the day. The pools were great. Only con is not enough umbrellas (shade). Wish there was a snack bar or pool bar on site but the Soriana was close so that helped. Easy to walk to many places to eat. Uber is very easy to get places too and cost only about 8-12cdn each way. Definitely recommend Harbor 171

Amazing Experience

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. We were very impressed with the unit, the facilities, and Monica the property manager. We loved hanging out on the balcony and watching the waves, the people at the pool and the fireworks. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable. And we loved that it was on the 6th floor. The view was amazing. The lower pools were awesome, heated just enough to feel comfortable. We liked there were several to choose from. And we loved watching the Pelicans and Magnificent Frigate Birds soar around the rooftop pool. The property manager, Monica was incredibly kind and patient with all of my questions over the 2 week period. There was an issue with the key card at first, but Monica made sure it was replaced promptly. We would definitely stay in this unit, or other Moikka Rental Units again.

Fantastic Stay! Thank you!

What a stunning property! Waking up to the sound of waves crashing and watching the sunset from one of the many pools—or even from the balcony—was truly unforgettable. The rental was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need, from a fully equipped kitchen to beach chairs and even a cooler. The reverse osmosis system was such a thoughtful touch. While there was plenty to explore within walking distance, the central location made it easy to take a short ride to the marina or the Romantic Zone. I can't wait to stay here again in the future!

Great place

The apartment was great and very comfortable. It was easy to cook in the kitchen as it was stocked with all I needed including spices. The manager was very attentive to all our needs and addressed them immediately. Best of all was the free breakfast delivered every day. This was very helpful considering one of us had knee issues.Thanks for a wonderful stay.
