Most cars can travel the surrounding areas with ease.
No public transportation.

**The Blueberry Vista is attached to the farm supply room which has a separate entrance at the back of the home and would NOT require us to enter The Vista what so ever. One of our cleaners or ourselves may run into the garage for a few minutes to grab supplies or laundry for the other homes between the hours of 9am-5pm CT during the week if absolutely needed. We aim to give you privacy and not disturb your stay.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES (OPTIONAL)
- PET(S) are an additional $50/pet. They must be included in the reservation and we must be notified prior to your arrival.

ADDITIONAL FEES
- Damage Waiver: Covers ACCIDENTAL damages up to $300 per incident. The damage waiver does not cover negligence, intentional actions, infestations, or pet-related issues. NON-REFUNDABLE and not optional.
- Cleaning Fee: $65

- Gravel driveway (2 small cars or 1 large car)
- There is additional parking at the front of the farm if you need it for more than 2 car, RVs, trailers, and etc.

PROPERTY, Tiny Home Village
- There are three other vacation rental homes at Blueberry Falls Farm, The Butterfly Creek Cottage, The Crooked Tree Cabin and The Whimsical Waterfall Cottage. You can not see these homes from the Blueberry Vista.
- The entire Blueberry Falls Farm is available to rent. Contact us if interested.

U-PICK BLUEBERRY FARM
- Blueberry Season is from late-June to mid-August. During this time, we will have the blueberry bushes open to the public for our U-pick season. The houses are separate from the bushes; however, please be aware of this if you are coming during blueberry season.
- Guests pick for free.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
- During the Spring, Summer, and Fall I will be doing routine landscaping. This includes mowing, weed eating, and blowing around the houses.
- We are in the process of getting things developed and there will be signs of that when you arrive. We always try to block off days when there will be construction going on so it will not be taking place while you are there.

FAQ's...

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT OPTIONS
We are at the mercy of the calendar! The only way to guarantee early check-in is by booking the night before. If you want to take a gamble, you can wait until 24 hours before check-in to see if our schedule allows for it. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, early check-in may not be possible.
Late checkout will depend on the number of hours requested and if there is another guest coming that afternoon.

Is there a GROCERY STORE nearby?
The closest grocery stores are located in Fort Payne, Alabama: Walmart, Food City, Bruce's Foodland.
OR Dollar General and Lucky's Grocery Store in Menlo, GA.
OR Walmart and Ingles in Trion, GA.
Our small downtown, Mentone, has the Mentone Market which has eggs, milk, and delicious pizza.

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member or co-worker?
No. While we would love to host whoever you are booking for, we do need them to book for themselves with their own Airbnb account.
