The Breakers 42 is a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo situated on the 4th floor, offering a perfect beachside retreat for up to 6 guests. This condo is ideal for families or small groups looking for a comfortable stay with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The balcony is a standout feature, providing guests with fantastic views of the Gulf. It's the perfect spot to relax and take in the picturesque surroundings, whether enjoying a morning coffee or watching the sunset.

The Primary bedroom is designed for comfort, featuring a plush king bed and a flat-screen TV, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere for relaxation. The second bedroom is equally accommodating, with a queen bed and a twin bed, along with a flat-screen TV, making it a versatile space for additional guests or children.

The living room includes a sofa sleeper, expanding the sleeping arrangements, and is equipped with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, perfect for entertainment and leisure time.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, providing everything needed for meal preparation, from quick snacks to full dinners. The Breakers 42 combines comfort, convenience, and stunning Gulf-front views, making it a wonderful choice for a beach vacation.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
The Breakers is a charming low-density complex that promises a peaceful and personalized vacation experience. Immerse yourself in the serenity and beauty of the Gulf Coast with our exclusive amenities, including a refreshing outdoor pool, a convenient boardwalk for direct beach access, and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day of sun and surf.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Two parking passes are allowed for your reservation. They are $33 each. Your parking pass(es) will be located on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team.

Great location

Nice place and location. Needs some general maintenance. W&D left black marks on our clothes but mgt was opening a service order. Vents are thick with dust. Master shower floor in need of repair.

Not a great experience

The air conditioner in the unit did not work properly, the unit was dirty and needed updating, the beds in the spare bedroom were so hard my guest had to sleep on the couch. The washing machine made black marks on all of our clothing.

The condo was very run down. The couches were dingy, the floors were tile and dirty. I spilled a bottle of water in the kitchen and I cleaned more dirt off the floor than has been clean in a long time. The beds were thin and uncomfortable. The bathrooms were falling apart and dingy. I put a towel down in the shower because I didn’t want to step on the dirty tile when I took a shower. The whole place needs a remodel and deep clean. Oh- no outside grill- two small hibachi grills on the grown in front of the building that tripped over putting a cart back in the cart room

This condo was ideal!

There were four ladies, and we spent the majority of our time on the beach, which was a very short distance from the condo. April was the perfect time to go. No crowds, perfect weather, and no weights at restaurants. The condo fit our needs perfectly, and we liked the fact that it was a very small condo with only 32 units. We had a perfect view of the ocean and no complaints. I would stay here again.

Weekend getaway

This was our 2nd time staying here. Our condo was nice and clean! Love that it is a low rise condominium which makes it less crowded. Would definitely recommend The Breakers.

Great place

Nice location and probably the best beds we have ever slept on while on vacation. Kids loved the ability to walk out of their own rooms to the balcony. Would stay again at this condo.

Great location

Great location. Place is as shown. Pretty basic condo with a great view. No hairdryers. 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bag for trash, 1 dishwasher pod, etc. So please keep all those things in mind. Outdoor porch furniture was uncomfortable and cracked but worked OK. Again beautiful beaches, beautiful view in a fantastic area. Orange beach is fantastic and lots of restaurants nearby!
