The Breakers is a charming low-density complex that promises a peaceful and personalized vacation experience. Immerse yourself in the serenity and beauty of the Gulf Coast with our exclusive amenities, including a refreshing outdoor pool, a convenient boardwalk for direct beach access, and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day of sun and surf.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS

Great family vacation

We were very happy with our stay. The unit is just as advertised. Maybe bring a broom to help with sand but otherwise a perfect experience.

Building

We thought this was a smoke free property but people were smoking on their balconies at times which kept us from being able to sit on ours. Sofa and chairs need updating but overall I would recommend this unit. Good value. I will certainly consider renting again when we return to Orange Beach.

Excellent!

This was just the right size for 3 adults, and 3 kids. The condo was clean and just spacious enough. The porch is very small but it does look out to the gulf which is so nice. The master bed gets about 2 stars out of 5. Needs a new mattress. Renting through Liquid Life made the experience of check in and out so easy! The property was clean and not crowded at all, especially over July 4th wknd. I would totally rent this condo again! It was a great weekend!

Great Vacation Spot

The condo is exactly as pictured. It’s updated and the bedrooms might be the most spacious bedrooms we’ve had in condos, which was great because we had our little one sleep in a pack-n-play and we still had plenty of room in the master. We also loved that the building wasn’t huge, therefore not tons of people. Overall we had a great stay. We had a few issues with the WiFi but it was resolved after calling the property manager. We would definitely book this unit again in the future!

Easiest Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Breakers 42! The check in was so easy. We arrived on site right before check in time and was going to get out, stretch our legs and walk to the beach. We had only been there a few moments when our check in code arrived via text message. Since it’s a smaller condo, there was always parking available, never a wait for the elevator, luggage carts available, pool was never crowded! The unit was clean and comfortable. I even received a text the next day checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall a much easier stay than some of the High Rise units we’ve stayed in, in the past.

Fantastic Fall Frolic

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful condo! It's a minimalist condo without a lot of clutter and crowding. The condo was clean and well maintained. Beds were both comfortable. Living room furniture was very worn and chairs were visibly stained. The view from the balcony was breath taking and so close to the beach. Condo location was pretty central to Pensacola and Orange Beach and directly across the road is Walmart which made a quick trip from groceries so easy. Property was clean and well cared for. This was our first trip to Alabama in the Fall and I think we may be strictly vacationing this time of year from now on. Checking both in and out was the easiest I have experienced. Overall a good condo, great location, amazing view and I was extremely pleased with Liquid Life!

Location, location, location. . .

We loved the fact that the building had only 8 floors and few condos. It is right on the beach and the deck provides a beautiful view. The interior is exactly like the pictures. Very nice and comfortable. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen was well stocked with equipment & dishes. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nice sizes. There were only two of us, but it would be comfortable for more. The owners obviously take care of their property. It was very clean. Our only issue was the air conditioning didn’t work the first night. We didn’t check in until around 6, and it was during April so it was cool outside, so really not a big deal. We contacted property managers & they sent someone the next morning and had it repaired quickly. They were also planting new things around the grounds and I’m sure it is very pretty in the summer. So, super building and super unit. We would definitely stay here again. So easy to find places to eat and shop.

Great location

Nice place and location. Needs some general maintenance. W&D left black marks on our clothes but mgt was opening a service order. Vents are thick with dust. Master shower floor in need of repair.

Not a great experience

The air conditioner in the unit did not work properly, the unit was dirty and needed updating, the beds in the spare bedroom were so hard my guest had to sleep on the couch. The washing machine made black marks on all of our clothing.

The condo was very run down. The couches were dingy, the floors were tile and dirty. I spilled a bottle of water in the kitchen and I cleaned more dirt off the floor than has been clean in a long time. The beds were thin and uncomfortable. The bathrooms were falling apart and dingy. I put a towel down in the shower because I didn’t want to step on the dirty tile when I took a shower. The whole place needs a remodel and deep clean. Oh- no outside grill- two small hibachi grills on the grown in front of the building that tripped over putting a cart back in the cart room

This condo was ideal!

There were four ladies, and we spent the majority of our time on the beach, which was a very short distance from the condo. April was the perfect time to go. No crowds, perfect weather, and no weights at restaurants. The condo fit our needs perfectly, and we liked the fact that it was a very small condo with only 32 units. We had a perfect view of the ocean and no complaints. I would stay here again.

Weekend getaway

This was our 2nd time staying here. Our condo was nice and clean! Love that it is a low rise condominium which makes it less crowded. Would definitely recommend The Breakers.

Great place

Nice location and probably the best beds we have ever slept on while on vacation. Kids loved the ability to walk out of their own rooms to the balcony. Would stay again at this condo.

Great location

Great location. Place is as shown. Pretty basic condo with a great view. No hairdryers. 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bag for trash, 1 dishwasher pod, etc. So please keep all those things in mind. Outdoor porch furniture was uncomfortable and cracked but worked OK. Again beautiful beaches, beautiful view in a fantastic area. Orange beach is fantastic and lots of restaurants nearby!
