We stay in this condo every year. It is right on the beach and has everything we need. The rental company was very easy to communicate with and was stayed in touch with us prior to our trip until after we had checked out. We will rent from them again.

Absolutely wonderful condo and experience! I have not one complaint. We experienced no issues at all. The condo was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in and out process was a breeze. The veiws of the Gulf were amazing! We received a text a few hours prior to check-in time letting us know the condo was ready and we could check-in early for no additional fee. They provided two parking passes at no additional cost. Which is a huge bonus if you have multiple vehicles because other places charge for each parking pass. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a hassle free vacation!

Great Location

Very nice location, views and condo. Everything was easy from check in to check out. We experienced no issues so we had no need to contact the agent. We would stay here again if we had a chance.

Paradise for a week !

This was a wonderful property with exceptional views of the Gulf from the living room and the master bedroom. You always feel like you are on the beach even while cooking, napping, or just hanging out. The location was perfect and we couldn’t think of one thing that would’ve been any better. We would book this property again!

Oct vacation

Everything was just as described 😊🏖 Had one scare with elevator when it was stuck in between 6th and 7th floors for a few seconds while going up. Other than that everything was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No issues other than the elevator going out for a few hours. Witch normally wouldn’t be an issue but we were on the seventh floor. 😰 all in all a great rental.

Great place - management company not very responsive

Great location for accessing Gulf State Park and beaches. We have stayed in this building (different condos) each year for our beach holiday. This time we only had internet for the first 2 days of the week. Management company said they would contact building maintenance, but then no other communication.

Family getaway

It’s great location with stunning view! The kitchen was surprisingly stocked with plenty of untensils to cook, eat, and drink! The bathroom toilets were slow to flush and the shower curtains flannel and outdated compared to the modern decor of the condo. The check In and out was easy. Would have been. Nice if it was outlined better what to expect upon arrival as far as name and unit number and how to access parking pass. The condo management checked in via text to ensure our trip was going smooth. We would stay there again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here. No elevator problems and plenty of room on the beach. The condo was nicely appointed with things that we needed. The only complaint would be the body wash and shampoo bottles were filled with water instead of the product. Not good! Otherwise a very successful trip.

Under maintain unit

The unit is very much what you see in the pictures, however what you don't see is the filth that lives there. The ceilings have black dirt/mold coming out around all vents on the ceiling, the toilets are coming away from the walls and exposing the inside of wall & pipes, the front door looks like it has been kicked in a few times. The unit looked like it had alot of water damage. They got my money this time but never again. It's a big No for me.

Pleasantly surprised

This is not the newest and fanciest building or condo & we knew that. We chose it bc it was a low rise building in the location of OB we wanted. We have stayed in many buildings and units over the years and this one had some nice touches that made our stay more pleasant - the ice maker - plenty of ice on demand. The beds were comfy and there were ample pillows (more than 2 for every person). The omelet skillet was high quality, so your eggs didn’t stick. There was a Keurig & traditional coffee maker, plus plenty of coffee mugs. There was ample seating in the living area & the patio furniture was in good repair & comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
