The property and location was FABULOUS!!! It had everything we needed to make our stay AMAZING! We cannot wait to come back and there was an offer for return guests as well as referrals but it was out of business cards which had the necessary contact information so I would love to get that and would also like to know if you own any other properties for the rest of our family to join us?

Amazing place! The beach, pool, cafe and tiki bar couldn’t be better. Close to tons of great food and shopping which was great since we decided to not rent a car. The walk from the condo to the beach was shorter than most on the island. Look forward to visiting again. The host and property were helpful and prompt with all our questions. The staff at the cafe and tiki bar were amazing. Thanks for the memories!!

Fantastic location, perfect for teens

Had a couple of cleaning issues that were handled immediately. Clise enough for the teens to walk across the bridge to johns pass! Beach is a little busier than further south but can beat the location!

Beautiful views, convenience, highly recommend!!

Pictures didnt do the beautiful views justice! Was the perfect place for our family. Loved having the cafe on site for when we didnt want to leave for lunch or breakfast. Everyone loved the pool. Easy access to the beach. Was wonderful to have chairs in the condo to take to the beach. Room was great. Would absolutely stay here again & recommend to others!

Great location and amenities!

The location couldn't be beat at the Sunset Vistas. We had a designated parking spot and easy access via multiple elevator options. Pool, kid's pool, and two hot tub options. Just a short boardwalk to the beach.Our check-in was easy and the unit was ready early. Ice was ready in the freezer to help with the hot days! There were two coolers, multiple beach chairs, toys, and beach towels for our use. We had multiple towels for use in the bathrooms and soap. The kitchen was stocked with basic essentials (cooking utensils, toaster, blender). Bring your own shampoo, as that was lacking, as stated in the unit description. While we were able to get in early, we did have a few issues that were remedied in a reasonable amount of time. The unit would have benefited from a good dusting before we arrived. There were a few areas that it seemed the cleaning crew just didn't touch. Overall, it would have benefited from a deep cleaning.

Small with amazing view!

Had a girl's week away and it comfortably fit all four of us. Hot tub was wonderful, pool is not heated so that was a bummer. Walk to the beach cannot be beat.

Treasure Island Stay

The location of Sunset Vistas is really what we loved the most. Having a pool and a beach at our fingertips was wonderful when traveling with two young kids! Not only that, but you are a very short distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. We loved the on site bar and the cafe was delicious!! Our view from the balcony was so calming. The check in process was mostly easy. There was a small issue that was fixed within 5 minutes. The cleanliness of the property does need some work. I had to do my own cleaning after seeing my young baby’s knees were black from crawling on the floor as soon as we arrived :( I pulled out a mop pretty quickly. The dust was piled high on the bed frames and furniture, which made it stick out like a sore thumb. I used a rag to clean those areas. There were other cleanliness issues that needed addressed by management and Chad took care of them right away and was apologetic. We appreciated that he took it seriously and got it fixed. This property really needs a deep cleaning and it’d be near perfect! Overall, I do give our stay a 4 out of 5. We made wonderful memories with our kids, the location was stellar, and the issues we did have were fixed by Chad. I’d recommend this place!

A great Treasure Island option

This is the fourth time over the past two years that we have stayed at the Sunset Vistas but only the first time we have stayed in this particular unit. The unit was incredibly well furnished with dishes, towels, food prep items, etc and all appliances worked well-even had a working ice maker in the freezer. The view was incredible and being on the third floor is nice as you can use the stairs to go up and down, any floor above this one and it becomes too much work without waiting on elevators. The pool was heated which was nice-other visits the heater had been out. The workout room and the mile long beach trail makes early morning runs easy-want to try the Pinellas trail sometime but doesn’t really seem necessary with the beach trail next door. We went during Spring Break and according to other websites the resort was sold out so we were lucky to have found this unit. We have never been during a very peak season like this but we found that the beach was still not very crowded and the resort felt the same as any other previous stay. With space at a premium in the area you would expect wall to wall crowds on the beach and at the pool but that wasn’t the case. It was sometimes hard to find a few empty pool chairs but other than that you wouldn’t have guessed it was peak season. The property managers were great communicators and never had a logistical issue to worry about. We will look for this unit in the future! Thanks to the owner/management for the great stay!

Perfect get-away

We have stayed here a few times and always look forward to returning. Lisa is a caring host and does her best to accommodate any requests. Both Chad and Garth were very helpful, pleasant and a pleasure to talk with. The unit is well stocked and the location couldn’t be better. We feel safe and comfortable in Sunset Vistas while enjoying a beautiful view from the balcony in the unit.

I will not recommend bar on property overpriced and drinks not mixed and straws are $1.75 each. Employees at front desk not very helpful when you book through VRBO. Lisa was very helpful when i booked the stay. Thank you
