New luxurious one bedroom, one bath residence on the seventh floor within the Grand Hyatt Hotel (not managed by Hyatt) in Deer Valley East Village with Easy Ski access to the main gondola at the new Deer Valley East Village. This 10-passenger lift opened in December 2025 and connects the new base area directly to Park Peak. It features heated cabins and serves as a major, high-speed connection for the resort's expansion. Also, access Keetley Express heated ski lift which connects you to Deer Valley ski resort. Great location with floor to ceiling windows and stunning views of Jordanelle reservoir. Luxury furnishings. Full kitchen with Miele appliances, dining and living area including gas fireplace, king sofa sleeper and large 65" flat screen TV. Enjoy your own private balcony overlooking the pool . Bedroom with king bed , walk in closet and 55" tv. Spa inspired bathroom with heated floor, lighted vanity mirror and large shower. Free shuttle to Historic Main Street for world class shopping and dining. As our guest, you’ll have access to the Private Owners Après-Ski Lounge and your own private ski locker, making your ski days easy. You will also have Ski valet and underground parking. Please note this residence is located within the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley and is not a Hyatt branded residence, it is privately managed. This property is the newest addition to the Deer Valley East Village. Hotel amenities include outdoor heated year round pool and hot tubs, fitness center, kids club, coffee lounge, restaurant and bar, and ski lockers. At the base of Deer Valley East Village. 40 minute drive from SLC International Airport.

Note: A daily resort of fee of $46 will be charged by Grand Hyatt upon check out for access to all the amenities.

Great experience

Once we arrived, we went to Park city Utah using Uber from the hotel had great dinner drinks, and then hit the grocery store on the way back. With the full kitchen, we were able to do breakfast and dinner in the apartment. The hotel is beautiful and close to the lift on the east side. You basically go downstairs to the ski locker get your boots walk out to the patio get on the shuttle and you are at the lift within one minute. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. A lot of construction in the area so until everything is built out, you need to stop on the way in at the grocery store. The hosts are very accessible and attentive. We will be looking to stay there again. Thank you for a great time.
