We truly enjoyed our stay at the Red Stag. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The kitchen was impressively organized and stocked with everything we needed. We walked to the slopes every day, which was incredibly convenient. Having the fireplace and private hot tub to relax in after a day of skiing was a huge bonus. There were frequent, free buses that made getting to downtown Park City quick and easy. On top of it all, the owners were extremely responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Great Condo, Great Location

Location is fantastic. Very short walk from the condo to the Snow Park lodge and ski lifts. The condo was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The kids loved the huge bunkbeds. Wifi worked well and there were lots of games available. Parking garage is a bit tight, but still manageable even in a larger SUV. Jeff was a wonderful host with excellent communication. Looking forward to coming back again!

Great

The location of the condo is great, a very short walk from the lifts. The condo is very nicely appointed with everything you could need. The humidifier was a particularly nice touch. We loved our stay!The cleaning crew that got the unit ready for us was a little aggressive on the scented products. My wife is kind of sensitive to this thing. If you are in the same position, I would recommend contacting the owner ahead of time to see if some accommodations could be made.

Wonderful location for skiing - quick walk to the base - and for catching the shuttle to town.Our host was incredibly responsive and shared lots of helpful information about his property and navigating Deer Valley.Definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing time here with our family of 5! Ski lodge was easily walkable and the unit was perfect for our family of 5. 3 kids aged 9, 8, and 8. Plenty of bed space, fabulous hottub, and plenty of bathrooms to shower and change for family movie night! Jeff was an amazing host… so responsive, helpful, etc… we look forward to returning for another ski adventure! You will not regret booking this amazing place- just let me book first!

Amazing ski trip

The property was the perfect place to stay for our family ski trip that included grandma, two parents, two 8 year olds and a 4 year old. The condo was easy to check in and out and Jeff communicated before and throughout the stay. It’s a quick walk up to snow park lodge that was easy even after a day of skiing for the little ones. The hot tub was perfect after a day skiing. We did not rent a car but used Grocery Girls for grocery delivery which was delivered before we checked in and nicely put away. Ubers are readily available which we used to go out for dinner in the evening if we weren't cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The parking garage includes one spot which we didn’t need. The condo is well equipped with humidifiers, extra blankets, basic toiletries etc. Super fun stay and look forward to next year!

Deer Valley Luxury!

Jeff's place was incredible! Very clean, all the amenities you could and want and a 4 minute walk to the base lodge! We had an amazing time and will definitely book again. Jeff was very communicative and provided us with great recommendations and was available if we needed anything at all. The hot tub was clutch after a long day of skiing; it was super clean and well maintained and offered nice privacy. Looking forward to our return visit next season!

Great week in Deer Valley

Great condo! Family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed the amenities of this well appointed condo. Great location, short walk to deer valley lifts. Comfortable beds, kitchen with everything needed to cook meals, and nice lay out to the space. Very accurate to photos and description. We appreciated the laundry right outside the door and that the owner stocked the condo with detergent, humidifiers, and extra towels, blankets and paper products. Great communication with the owner and available when needed for questions. Highly recommend!!

Cozy condo in perfect location

If you are skiing Deer Valley, this condo is the perfect location for an easy walk to Snow Park Lodge. The condo had plenty of room for the 5 of us (1 teenager on the pull out sofa), and we loved apres ski in the hottub! Will be back.

A great ski condo!

I was very impressed with the property. Jeff, the manager, was in contact via text and very helpful. The condo itself is spacious and well stocked - extra paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. I've stayed other placed where you need to bring all that yourself. We were a family of five skiing at Deer Valley and it was a quick walk to and from the lodge each day. (And you can store your skis and poles at DV overnight!) It was a perfect place for us to call homebase for the week. We will definitely stay there again if we return!

Fantastic stay during ski trip!

Exactly as advertised! Our family has 2 adults and 2 teenage daughters, and had plenty of space (3rd bathroom was really nice too). Everything in the condo was either new or very well maintained. The unit is on 4th floor and built into a hill. The condo on backside of the building, so it’s very quiet. We loved using the hot tub which is only accessible by this unit on it’s private deck. We didn’t rent a car, but having a parking spot in the 1st floor garage would’ve been great had we rented a car. The unit has a full kitchen. We didn’t use the free laundry, but it was nice that they had machines on our floor for use. Finding and getting into the condo was easy. The property manager emailed us a couple days prior with passcodes to 1st floor garage and condo door. We arrived well in advance of the 4pm checkin. We could’ve waited in the lobby on the building, but the property manager told me to text him when we were almost to the condo to see if cleaning was done. As soon as cleaning was done, we were able to get into the condo 2.5 hours early. This was amazing since we had no car, were carrying a bunch of luggage, and couldn’t wait to eat lunch. Like other reviewers said, the condo is a 5 min walk to Snow Park Lodge at the base of the mountain where there’s a bunch of ski lifts. We got rental skis delivered to the condo. We had to carry the skiis to Snow Park Lodge the first day, and then checked them in at Snow Park Lodge for free at the end of each day. So easy! They even have baskets you can rent to keep ski boots in overnight for free so that you can walk back to the condo in your street shoes instead walking in ski boots. The Red Stagg Lodge is a couple doors down from St Regis Lodge where you can take the “Funicular” up the mountain to their restaurant or bar. The Red Stagg Lodge is also down the block from bus stop. It’s easy to get to Main St on the free Park City bus where there’s tons of restaurants (although make reservations for restaurants in advance, especially if going during peak times). Even if we rented a car, it would’ve been easier to take the bus because parking is extremely limited on Main St. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat the next time we visit Deer Valley!

A really great property! Location to Deer Valley Skiing couldn’t have been better! The Red Stag was the perfect anniversary spot for us. The Red Stag was as advertised, super clean and had everything. The host was very responsive and helpful, even helping out with a few anniversary pre arrival requests! Jacuzzi was great and super clean! We can’t say enough good things about our stay and the host! The Red Stag is a must stay for a Deer Valley/Park City trip, we’ll definitely be back!

Great Host Makes a Difference

The large number of 5 star reviews on this property are 100% accurate. This unit is well located near Snowpark and is extremely clean and well equipped. What really sets this unit apart is the host, who goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. His recommendations for dining, equipment and other tips and tricks were spot on. His above and beyond service included mailing us back my daughter's favorite sweatshirt after our stay. We hope to stay at the Red Stag again very soon!

this condo was exactly as advertised. we were a party of four and had plenty of space to hang out after a day of skiing. the owner responded quickly and was super flexible w our requests to arrive early and leave late! would def stay here again!

As we've gotten older, the low-key atmosphere and the tremendous skiing at Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort (not to mention the rest of the greater Salt Lake City ski resorts) have made this area our favorite. That's why we moved here permanently from NE Pennsylvania! We're local if you have questions about the area or need us for anything. WE CARE ABOUT YOUR VACATION.

The Red Stag Lodge is an easy 5 minute level walk to Deer Valley's Snow Park lifts, or you can take the Deer Valley shuttle that stops in the parking lot across the street. Remember, you can store your skis for free overnight at Deer Valley, so you don't even have to carry them back and forth! Also near the front door of the Red Stag is a stop for the free city bus to access the top-rated restaurants and nightlife of Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort (and the Canyons), and the rest of the Park City area. No car needed!

The Red Stag Lodge was constructed in 2002 as a small European-style luxury mountain hotel. The Red Stag has only 11 condo units, and the authentic European antiques seen throughout the building result in a distinct European charm. Close your eyes for a moment and you will be instantly transported to your own private chateau in the Swiss Alps.

Most floors of the Red Stag Lodge include a public lobby with comfortably hidden 'nooks and crannies,' relaxing overstuffed chairs, and a fireplace. The main lobby on the first floor offers prime space to visit with friends or share a drink, and features a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. The building is serviced by an elevator and a private heated garage, and guests have free access throughout the building to high-speed wi-fi internet service. The Red Stag Lodge also offers guests a game room with a free pool table and a big-screen TV, as well as an exercise room with treadmill, bike, and elliptical machines as well as a weight machine. Come see the unique benefits of this small luxury condo for yourself!

Our unit #402 is the largest of the two-bedroom units in the Red Stag Lodge, with a very spacious feel. It is located in the rear of the building, so it is peaceful with no noise from Deer Valley traffic or snowplows. The hot tub faces the mountain behind the condo, so it's private and peaceful after a day of skiing. The condo has been tastefully redecorated (again) this year and includes new mattresses in the bunk room. Towels, linens, and paper products are provided throughout. And as local owners, we are always available if you have questions, need suggestions, or have a problem.
