This 3-bedroom retreat offers a king, queen, and twin bed for a fantastic night's sleep. With 3 bathrooms and a very cozy living room with a Queen size sofa bed and fireplace. Guests will have plenty of space to relax or work from home. We welcome short term, mid term and long term rentals.

This peaceful and centrally located home welcomes you and your loved ones. Complimentary wine on us, upon arrival. Go ahead and book a well deserve stay now. I look froward of being your host.

You will be:
- 8.5 miles to St. Augustine Beach/board walk.
- 9 miles to the fountain of youth.
- 2.9 miles to downtown St. Augustine, top-rated restaurants and night life.
- 4.3 miles to Epic Movie theatre.
- 6 miles to St. Augustine major shopping - outlet mall.
- 3.4 miles to St Augustine narrated Old Town trolley/ghost tours.
- 4.5 miles to Sunset Boat Cruise and soo much more to take in!!!


Owner or owner delegate may need occasional access to home (with 12hrs advance notice to tenant) this may be for cleaning, repairs, mowing, property upkeep etc
There is one assigned parking space. There are other parking spaces that are first come first serve. HOA has a strict parking policy. Please only park in areas designated for parking.

Mailbox is not accessible to guests. Please consider a P.O.BOX, if needed.

Such a wonderful place!! The property was very clean, quiet, great location, close to downtown St.Augustine. The host had everything perfect. Will be staying again very soon!!

Comfortable and convenient

It was a great place for our family to share for a weekend when we traveled for a wedding. The beds are comfortable, tvs in each room, and the kitchen thoughtfully stocked. We have lots of family in the area and this was perfectly located for them and to the downtown area. We will be back!
