Host was wonderful to work with! Amenities were over the top (although I was a little disappointed in my Cracker Jack prize :-). We stayed over the Fourth of July weekend and decided on the location to be close to family. It was so convenient and I wished we had stayed here for past visits. No doubt, we will be regulars!!

The place was very spacious, well kept, in a lovely neighborhood, and very comfortable for our family of 4. The host was fantastic with great communication. Even my kids asked to stay here again if we ever came back.

Everything was as-advertised. Hosts have done an amazing job having a nice downstairs apartment with all the wanted comforts and amenities. John was very professional and helpful. Great experience in a nice comfortable space. Would highly recommend.

Place looks newly renovated and has all you'd need for a short stay. John was very nice and accommodating as well.

Wow! What a fantastic find! This adorable apartment was perfect for our family of 5. My husband and I took the main bedroom while the 3 kids slept in the bunk beds/queen bed in the second bedroom. There were so many cute touches in this space that didn’t go unnoticed, such as the board games and puzzle books, coffee bar, snacks on the table, charging ports in the bedrooms, and water in the fridge. Communication with John was excellent. He made everything crystal clear and we felt very comfortable and welcome. But the best part of this little gem was the cleanliness! Wow! It was spotless! The bedding smelled amazing, the floors and countertops were spotless, the bathroom was sparkling. A job well done! We will recommend this little rental to anyone!

Great place to stay!

The apartment was way better than expected. Very quit neighborhood to relax and rest up for your next adventure. The entire apartment was clean, organized and had anything you might need. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place anytime. Hope it’s available next year if we travel back to Louisville for another tournament. Thanks to the hosts for a fantastic experience.

Wonderful

John was a great host. The space is larger than the pictures show. 20 minute drive to Louisville and close to so much. Great private space! My dogs loved meeting their dog Lucy! Would definitely recommend and will stay again!
