Great location in Highland Park, easy walk to cafés restaurant also short distance to Eagle rock. We had an event so our whole family stayed at the house. The sofa accommodates one person if the second bedroom is too small.Nice and closed backyard with deck, a vast array of coffee and espresso options!

Pleasant Stay

The house was clean and well stocked. It is also much larger than the photos indicate. A great spot for parents of Oxy students to stay.

Beautiful place, inside and out. It's both welcoming and unique; feels like borrowing a cool friend's home. It's also very easy to keep clean; not cluttered, and intelligently stocked. I think this was one of the only VRBO properties I've stayed in that is *larger* than photos make it look!It's in a quiet residential spot in easy walking distance from Figueroa. (And York, if you're feeling spry). We used the private outdoor spaces every morning, and would have used them even more were we not visiting during a heat wave. Beautiful palms in the backyard, and well maintained flora all around. Say hi to the ravens who visit!Best kitchen I've seen in a rental: juicer, pro-level espresso machine, functional cookware and bakeware. If you're planning to cook, check the pantry for staples before you shop.The owner/manager was a clear and timely communicator. Check in was seamless and check out unambiguously simple. An appliance had broken shortly before our arrival, but repairs were made with ample notice, and without any intrusion into our time or space. We stayed a little over a week, and the property guide answered every question!This is a beautiful, welcoming space; I hope I can stay again someday!
