Location Location Location! You and Your family will love this newly constructed (2019) home in the heart of Jacksonville Beach. This (4) bedroom home has ample parking on and off the property and located only minutes from the Beach. You wont want to miss the sunset from the front patio while you enjoy your time here in Jax Beach. (No bookings under 25 years of age)

The neighborhood is a great area for walking and biking with lots of places to grab breakfast, lunch, or a cocktail.
No bookings for guests under the age of (25) years old. Please no parties or large gatherings.

JAX Beach Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this location. Being only 5 years old, it provided us with the most modern conveniences and kitchen appliances, and the beds and other furniture were extremely comfortable. Best of all it was well located for our purpose of attending all the festival activities at the nearby JAX Beach Pavilion. We would highly recommend this property.

Easter Getaway

What a great spot for our Easter getaway with family & friends. The house has everything you need for cooking in or doing laundry. We brought our Irish Doodle and she was as happy as can be. The long walks in the neighborhood or to the beach were perfect!! For church goers we were less than a block away from the best Easter Service at One Church!! Highly recommend this spot!!

The property was very clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated, and a quick and easy walk to the beach.We were a group of six adults, and it was nice that all four bedrooms were equally nice and suitable for adults. (Though there are also supplies and toys for kids too if you need them, I would enjoy bringing my own kids here.)The kitchen was large, well stocked, and great for preparing meals for the group while also hanging out together. The property was 0.3 miles from Publix, and also very close to a Whole Foods and Trader Joe's.We really appreciated watching the sunrise from the balcony in the mornings, and we enjoyed eating dinner at the nice big table in the back yard. The balcony chairs were SO comfy.It was a leisurely 10 minute walk to the pier and beach, and it was nice to be able to go back and forth several times during the day without having to worry about parking at the beach.We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants within walking distance -- especially Relish Burger and Jax Spice Indian.The host was very easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly.

Great Stay

We were in town for a long weekend with family. The weather was not great but the house was so nice we didn’t mind staying inside. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed and the house was conveniently located near several good restaurants. When the weather cleared it was an easy walk to the beach. We hope to stay here again. Kyle was quick to respond to any questions we had and check in and out was easy to follow.

Family meet up

House located perfectly to Publix, beach and restaurants/bars. Bed set up perfect for grown children and us to have own space. Fully equipped house has everything needed. There are bikes and beach chairs that were gladly used by us. Impressed with the accommodations left for us and the house is decorated beautifully!
