This property features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 sofa bed, perfect for a family or group of friends. With amenities like WiFi, AC, washer/dryer and private dock and boat lift, guests can relax and unwind during their stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, Keurig coffee maker and air fryer. The spacious granite island has seating for 2, plus plenty of room for cooking prep and serving. The 2 bathrooms are laid out so that six people can be using the facilities at the same time. This home is less than 5 minutes to the popular Fishermen’s Village with restaurants, shops, fishing and sunset boat tours, and sightseeing. 10 minutes to downtown Punta Gorda with tons of dining options and nightlife. Enjoy all that life in southwest Florida has to offer when you stay at our place.
