Great experience, just north of Indianapolis

This house is in a fantastic location and is fully equipped with everything you need. The check in and check out process couldn’t have been any easier. Everyone in our group had a great time and is already talking about booking this house for next years boys golf trip.

Very Spacious Home

This home is in a quiet neighborhood with nice walking areas. There are many comfortable sitting/gathering areas. Great kitchen with alot of dinnerware and cookware. Comfy beds in all the bedrooms.

Loved the stay. Ample space. We thought we had issues with the cooling system upstairs, probably it was one of those days when it was so warm. But Sarvin and Cliff immediately rose to the occasion and called the HVAC guys to come and take a look at it. We all had a great stay and enjoyed it a lot.

Comfortable

Master bedroom bathroom started to leak and didn’t have a broom are mop. Nowhere to put the trash no trash bins

Matajha had a birthday party at our home despite our no event rules that are clearly stated in the house rules. They completely trashed our home with icing and food stains all over the furniture and walls up to the ceiling. There were shoe marks and hand prints on the freshly painted walls. The master bathroom toilet clogged and overflowed causing water leaking into the downstairs bedroom. They clearly didn’t know how to use a plunger. Water bottles and trash UNDER the rugs and beds and chocolate stuck to the floor. They broke the sink garbage disposal. There are plenty of trash bags in the kitchen drawer and a large trash can perfectly sufficient for a one night stay. Lots of ashes from the fire pit all over the patio and strong smell of smoke in the house. Lighters were also found under the beds. Pictures taken and sent to Vrbo for proof of damage. They did not checkout on time causing my cleaning crew to have to sit there and wait for them to take their time leaving. Absolutely horrible guests! Completely disrespectful to the property and house rules. Their review is only a reflection of how they treated our beautiful home. Will never host them again.
