With Flagler Avenue's shops, restaurants, and nightlife just moments away, this elegant retreat combines the serenity of the sea with the vibrant energy of New Smyrna Beach—an ideal destination for families and groups alike.

Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining Rooms
Enter the inviting main level, where vaulted ceilings and natural light set the tone for relaxation. The formal dining room, complete with a grand piano, is perfect for hosting special occasions. The living room features plush seating, a decorative fireplace, a smart TV, and sliding doors to the expansive patio. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed for cooking and entertaining, from a standard coffee maker to a crockpot. A casual dining area and a dedicated office with serene views add functionality and charm.

Bedrooms
The main-floor master suite offers a king-size bed, walk-through closet, and ensuite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
