Main Level
You won't find a more gorgeous space in Bear Lake than the amazing kitchen and living area with large sliding glass doors that open up to a beautiful deck. Whether you're preparing meals or entertaining, these doors offer an abundance of natural light and easy access to the deck, perfect for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the fresh air while you cook.

During the colder months, cozy up to the fireplace or enjoy the the outdoor fire pit on the large deck while taking in the views. A smart TV, large sectional that includes a queen bed sleeping, and black out curtains allows additional sleeping areas.

The upstairs master suite is large with plenty of natural light. In this room you can enjoy the king bed, smart TV and gorgeous en-suite bathroom with a large walk in closet. Includes a pack n play and twin sleeping cot.

Downstairs
Your group will love the large family room area which has a sectional, huge TV, and table with seating for a night of games. . A fooseball table is available for some friendly competition and kids go crazy for the arcade games. Your group can watch movies, play games, or just curl up with all the books provided for a relaxing evening. A game table complete with chess and card games is a a family favorite.


Two of the downstairs bedrooms each have queen beds with one that includes an en-suite bathroom and smart TV. Both contain twin cots as well.

A fourth bedroom includes double full bunks with a trundle and double twin bunks make this room the perfect hang-out spot for the kids in the group. A large under stair area is the ultimate kid's hideaway that includes a full size bed, magical stars and a shelf of books and games. Kids fight over who gets to sleep in this room.

There are enough beds in the home for 15 people. The upstairs sectional pulls out for two additional beds, each room contains twin roll away cots for 3 additional sleeping beds which account for the remainder of the 20-guest capacity.

Parking and RV hook ups
Bring all your cars, boats, and toys. This place has room for up to 6 parking areas and RV parking with hook ups. EV charger is also included on the property.

Ideal Beach Resort Available During the Summer!
No need to battle the crowds when you have private beach access at Ideal Beach Resort. Only available to those who have a pass, it is just a 1 mile walk down the road. Also includes access to pools, hot tubs, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, a large grassy area, plenty of shade, water sport rentals, mini golf, playgrounds, ice cream shop, and many activities suited for children, teens, and families!
