cottage was beautifully redone, clean and inviting. Neighborhood was rundown although some houses are being restored

Beautifully rehabilitated property

Interior was beautiful they did a great job sparring no experience. Things are labeled and well organized. However the neighborhood looks like the slums no one takes care of their yard- across the street car hood, mattress outside and weeds everywhere. Next door neighbor backyard is trashed and sheets and plastic to cover the windows. Two doors up graffiti on bldg. Really ashame.to do this to a beautiful indoor property.

Cozy and Clean and recently renovated with new appliances. No complaints. Could use one more comfy chair next to couch otherwise perfect.

Perfect for what we needed!

The house itself was wonderful! It was clean, had everything we needed, cozy and did exactly what we needed which was a place close enough to Mystic where we visited. The neighborhood is not the greatest, but not in the unsafe way, more just appearance is all. No bad experience there though. Melvin was incredibly responsive and made check-in and stay perfect. Thank you!!
