Consider this recreational vehicle your home away from home while you visit Walland, with year round views of the Little River and gorgeous mountains. Only 3 miles from Townsend, TN and 6.5 miles to the Smoky Mtn National Park/Cades Cove Entrance.

This cool RV features 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds, heating, AC, full kitchen with all utensils, plates, glasses, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, oven, TV, Bluetooth Stereo, and WiFi.

The bathroom includes a shower, and there's even a living room with 2 sofa beds for extra guests. All linens and towels provided.

Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by nature in this awesome RV. We have hiking trails to the top of our land or walk across the road to go fishing, kayaking/tubing or swim in the Little River. Fire pit onsite, rest under the pergola with outdoor cooking space coming soon.

Fantastic location in nature but close to all tourist/metro areas for work.

You can’t beat this location for the price! Now we know why they call it the peaceful side of the Smokies. You will love Townsend. Local shops & restaurants, coffee shops. The RV is roomy & comfy with everything you need. Dean lives onsite & is so helpful!! The RV itself is clean, Dean is building a house out back for future rental- stay tuned for that it looks amazing!! The construction site is behind the RV & does not affect your coming/going. Just know there are building materials on site. I cannot say enough good things about Dean. I wish you well with the new venture!!

Great time, camper was clean and well maintained. Dogs loved it. There is access to the river right at the end of the driveway.

Making Memories

Dean was very helpful. He allowed us to check in a little early. His locale is hard to beat. We had everything we needed to make our trip memorable plus some. We will definitely be back!!

I Attended Rock the country concert my fiancée took our Yorkie fishing etc

Had trouble getting messages back from host I had to initiate the call 1 day prior finally recieved call back that evening Didn’t realize the host was living there full time But he did accommodate us as we pet set for Mr T he’s sweet and very well behaved just kinda weird but had no other places to go everthing was booked and last minute getting host to respond but all in all served the purpose

Best Christmas Vacation EVER

We arrived late on Christmas Eve and our host greeted us at the property. RV was immaculate, well stocked with all the essentials such as linens, pillows, kitchen supplies etc. He even had turned the heat on for us so that it was comfortable when we arrived. This property is in the perfect spot if you want to avoid all the chaos of traffic, but still be within 20-30 minutes of Gatlinburg, Cades Cove, the quaint little town of Townsend, and even a short drive to Knoxville if desired. We are extremely happy we chose this property and will definitely be back when we return to the area. One thing to note, driveway is very steep. Owner is currently working on that, but if raining etc, it could be difficult for some vehicles to make it up. However, there is a state area across the road next to the river that I’m sure could be utilized in that situation if need be. I truly do not have enough good things to say about this property!! Just book it, you won’t be sorry! It checks all the boxes. Price, location, comfort and affordability!

When we arrived the RV didn’t appear to have been cleaned. We spoke to the owner who said he had changed cleaning services. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor which Dean took care of immediately. Dean is a wonderful person who even spent over an hour helping my husband with a 4 wheel drive issue on our GMC Yukon. He also programmed the TV. We felt safe and secure during our 4 night stay. The property is beautiful however there is renovation being done at the home above the RV so there are materials lying around the grounds which is acceptable. A plus is that I did not notice even one bug in the RV. The price for this rental is quite reasonable. Thank you, Dean, for making our stay comfortable and for sharing your vision of what the property will be when completed. Best wishes for your future. Jim and Karen
