GORGEOUS condos right on the river in Townsend Tn with the friendliest residents n visitors I've ever met!! This is now the ONLY place we will stay from now on!!!

Peaceful quiet getaway.

Bed and living area were very comfortable. The grounds and pool were in excellent condition. The view from the back deck and access to the river was beautiful.

We loved the little studio apartment! Clean, well supplied and close to everything in Townsend. A highlight for me was the morning stroll for iced coffee next door :)We also enjoyed sitting outside nightly watching the Little River run.

For the first time ever my wife and I snuck away for a Christmas getaway, just the two of us. It was last minute and we were surprised to find this beautiful condo available. The place was just big enough for two (which we knew by the description). The quiet, well kept, exceptionally relaxing and peaceful place was everything we needed. The river flowing outback, a peaceful walking path out front down the main road. The condo itself was stocked with everything we needed. It was a wonderful stay we definitely recommend this for a couples get away.

Thank you again for choosing our condo for your getaway. I’m sorry to hear about the AC, this is the first we’ve heard of this so we will definitely call the technician to take care of this. Townsend is a quaint little town and there aren’t a lot of choices for dining but there are a few hidden gems we’d love to share with you should you decide to return to the area. Thanks again for staying!

The studio condo was just the perfect size for me and my husband to have a place to stay. The property has easy access to the river and a great deck and outdoor area. The ONLY recommendation I would have is that there needs to be some sort of soap for the shower and a full roll of toilet paper provided. We arrived to a very small amount of toilet paper left in the roll and no soap/body wash so we made a quick trip to the store for those. Very minor issues compared to this being such a nice property. Thanks!

Thanks so much for the wonderful review and the feedback. There actually was toilet paper but it was on the bottom shelf of the bathroom vanity and wasn't visible, I'm so sorry. We really appreciate you letting us know so that we can resolve this issue for future guests (and hopefully your return!). We now have provided body wash and a toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom to ensure this doesn't happen again. I'm sure our future guests will appreciate you mentioning this as well!

We have vacationed in Townsend, TN since our children were little. We love the area and the close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. There is so much to see and do in this quiet peaceful little town. Townsend really lives up to its name "The Peaceful Side of the Smokies"
We ran across this wonderful condo while visiting Townsend one summer and fell in love with the 'community' of owners. When one came available, we jumped at the opportunity to own a little piece of one of the greatest towns we've ever visited. We hope you will fall in love with the community too!
