Located just across the street from the beach, this second-floor duplex is situated in the desirable South end of Sea Isle. With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, it comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Two of the bedrooms each feature a queen bed, while the other two offer 2 twin beds in each. A spacious covered deck off the living area provides the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the ocean breezes. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower and 4 off-street parking spots. Great location! Easy access to the beach. We were there during a heatwave and the AC worked well! The place was clean but could a little maintenance TLC. Overall, it met our needs. We would stay there again.

The location is excellent. It’s a short walk to the beach. The second-floor apartment has a partial ocean view. We had a great time with our family and especially enjoyed our son’s first visit to the beach.It’s an older home and in need of updates and repairs. Specifically the queen mattresses are old and stained and the screen doors are non functional. We contacted Tim Kerr on the first day about the doors and were told they had contacted the owner, but received no response. The next day, one screen door blew off the track and fell onto our two-year-old, knocking him to the ground. We contacted Tim Kerr again, and someone was sent to inspect the door (and fix a broken 2nd floor porch spindle). The repair person told us he had previously advised the owner that the doors needed repair and did not properly fit the frame. We vacation in Sea Isle every year, but based on the condition and safety concerns, we will not be returning to this rental.
