We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter ongoing issues like the boarded-up lobby door, broken elevator, and non-functioning pool. Unfortunately, recovery from the recent hurricane has taken longer than anticipated, and while progress is being made, some areas are still under repair. That said, the current state of these amenities is not the experience we aim to provide, and we deeply regret the inconvenience it caused during your visit. Your comments have been shared with the property management team, and we’re pushing for quicker resolutions wherever possible. We truly appreciate your patience and hope to welcome you back in the future under much better conditions.

We are so glad you enjoyed your time in the beautifully updated condo at The Trillium and found all that you a few items. Please feel free to call us at the office if you are missing anything in the way of kitchen items; we keep a number of supplies here that we are more than happy to get your way if you are needing them such as those baking sheets! Games and cards would be left by each individual owner but we will share this feedback. Thank you for being a repeat guest with us and we look forward to your next visit back to Madeira Beach!
