The property is situated a distance from the street to create a sense of total privacy. Enjoy a spacious floor plan with over three levels of living space that will check all your boxes for the perfect mountain home to create lifelong memories. Attached two-car garage with breezeway leads to the perfect drop spot for ski gear. The lower level offers a pool table and media area, and the large upper-level bedrooms provide plenty of comfortable sleeping space.
5 minutes to downtown Bethel; ½ mile to Carters X-Country Ski and Snowshoe Center; 30 minutes to Gorham, NH for snowmobile & side by side rentals (weather/season dependent); 45 minutes to Santa's Village, Mt. Washington.
