CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Everything about this condo was perfect. The room was almost as beautiful as the view. The entire condo was spotless, and so nice. We obviously picked it hoping the pictures were accurate (we’ve been down 3 times and had issues with that). The pictures didn’t do it justice, it was such a wonderful stay. The beach is perfect in true Gulf Shores fashion. From the elevator to the beach is maybe a 60 second walk before you’re walking on the beach. We will absolutely be staying here from now on.

We had a great stay here—spacious and beautifully decorated with plenty of seating both inside and on the balcony. The bedding was phenomenal! The bed covers were so nice we had to look the company up to see about getting the same for our home! The condo is equipped with everything you need as to kitchen items, extra bedding, toys for the beach and beach chairs, books, and games! Communication was fast and efficient. Checkout was easy! No big long instructions -just take out the trash and adjust the thermostat! Condo is right on the beach with balcony and full beach and ocean view-just beautiful ! We had our grandchildren and the property has a kids pool fountain area, which was perfect for the grandchildren -they loved it. The condo is in a great location in Gulf Shores along the main drag -so everywhere is walkable. We had a great stay here and loved it!

It was is a great location, the room was very clean and the view was breathtaking. We watched the dolphins everday throughout the day they would play.

The condo itself was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, spacious, and great views. The property management company was very difficult to get a hold of to change dates, and many calls and emails went unanswered. The condo is also very sparsely stocked. Only one trash bag, toilet paper roll, paper towel, etc. No spices (even salt or pepper) were left in the kitchen, so you need to bring literally everything. The elevators in the building were very full and slow so pack along some patience. Otherwise, the place was really lovely for our family.

The condo was very clean, and the view was beautiful. The check in and check out process was easy and seamless. They kept us up to date on everything before hand and during our stay. Everything overall was great and we will definitely be back.on a side note- nothing to do with the condo itself but the building only had 1 working elevator the whole week, which was a nightmare for the size of the condo. For the whole week, we wait hours total to use the elevator. What a pain! We were on the 18th floor and had twin babies in carriers, so it's not like we could even use the steps.

The view was amazing from the 18th floor! Sitting on the balcony in the morning with coffee & in the evenings after dinner, was perfect. We all slept well on the beds. The kitchen was well equipped. It would be nice to have a couple of cabinets empty for renters to be able to put their groceries away. I always have to reorganize the condos we rent for this reason. The pool situation is disappointing but we do enjoy the beach. Seawind is just so close to restaurants, it’s hard to beat. Our whole family of 20 will be back in May 2026, renting 5 condos. See you all then!

Great Experience

We had a wonderful time although we got cut short one day due to an emergency at home. The condo was very nice and worked perfectly for us. Loved it was next Door to sea n suds. Management was very proactive in reaching out to us making sure everything was as we needed it and it was. We would definitely book again and hope to in the future where we can finish out the entirety of our stay. Kitchen was well stocked, Beds were very comfortable, and the place was very clean. Great views. Everything we needed and more than we expected.

Beach stay

The condo itself was lovely: great views, spacious, easy parking and access to the beach/pools and beach chairs/umbrella. The management company was very responsive.Although the kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and cookware, I would have preferred there had been a supply of coffee filters. I used paper towels instead. The cleanliness of the baby pool could have been much better. One day there was garbage piled around the fence, another there were pieces of fruit in the pool.All in all we enjoyed our stay

1803 was a great view. Clean rooms. Plenty of space. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice. Parking is easy. Close to everything in Gulf Shores.
