The host was very good with communication- prompt and detailed. The apartment was clean, the heat worked and the hot water was nice and consistent. Everything we needed was supplied.

The apartment is a little small but still comfortable. It's perfectly located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's just steps from a metro station, so you can get to the city center quickly and easily.

Our shower did not work for the 3 days we were there After contacting owners, they dismissed this necessity and would not compensate us for the loss of use of a shower that did not provide both hot and cold running water !!Very disappointed with their service and refusal to reduce our prepaid expenses I do NOT recommend this location Robert and John

Dear guests, how sad that you're leaving this review. Of course there was water. How could there not be? You complained that the water wasn't cold. I've never had this complaint before. How could there not be cold water? Perhaps there wasn't hot water, but cold? I've been hosting for 10 years and this has never happened to me. I have a separate entrance, but you asked me to come and greet you, and at 3:30 pm on a hot day, my husband and I went to personally open the door and welcome you. I gave you plenty of recommendations for places to go and eat, and we dedicated a lot of time to you, which I wasn't obligated to do, but we did it gladly. But when you asked me to refund 50% of your payment, I felt it was outrageous. Anyway, best regards.

Disappointed

The bathroom had mold, the TV was unusable. Other than the bathroom the place was clean. No face towels. The building had great access and a good location.

Hi David, I find your comment incredible. We always leave a set of two towels for each guest. We also leave a towel in the bathroom for hands. We also left another bath towel for each of you in each room, which you didn't use. So I don't understand your comment about not having towels. Regarding the TV, it's not unusable; you just didn't know how to turn it on. A neighbor had to come and do it, and it worked perfectly. Mold? The bathroom, like the entire house, is cleaned very well for each reservation. It's my house, and I take great care of it. I don't understand your comments.
