Spring break

Three families stayed here for spring break. The house was perfectly set up for this. Outdoor area is awesome. Kitchen well equipped. Close to highways. Takes longer than expected to get to Hollywood Beach because of stop start traffic. The group loved the full size Pac Man arcade game and outdoor TV. TV also in master. Other bedrooms do not have TVs.

Family Celebration of life

Our Family got together to celebrate life, the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2021. We had a minor bump in the road with the original booking (and it freaked me out because it was so many of us), but the host handle everything very promptly and professionally and reassured me that everything would be perfect as planned and it was. The house is very beautiful and relaxing, close to stores, downtown and the beach. We walked to the store the first day just to get a feel for the area, and also used the ride circuit. (Modern luxury villa with pool) the house that we actually ended up staying in. Best host ever!

Beautiful clean and modern home

Amazing stay for 15 of us. Plenty of room and all amenities. The check in process was easy and the house was sparkling clean. Lovely pool area, we spent all our time in the garden. It might be worth getting a few more sun lounges - that would be my only criticism.

Amazing Accomodations

The house was amazing very clean. The property manager was prompt with communication and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay there. Everything was clean and organized.

Nice clean modern place with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the south FL weather!

Awesome place! Rented for a long weekend with 9 fellow golfers and it was all that we imagined and more. There was plenty of space for our crew and all of our necessary luggage. We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious outdoor living spaces and the pool area. We only wished that pool was heated or that there was a hot tub. Everything was nice, clean, and easy to find. The kitchen was labeled and help to find and replace dishes when needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. All in all this was an excellent place and we would definitely stay there again!

Awesome House with Amazing outdoor living Space!!!!

We recently spent Christmas at this amazing house with our extended family of 14 people! The house was perfectly clean, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need to cook, the outdoor space was just amazing. A full outdoor kitchen with BBQ, sink, mini fridge and mini freezer plus enough seats to dine outside and sit around the bar. The kids loved the sports court. The property manager met us there to let us in and show us around the house plus dropped off new glasses and a new can opener the first night. They always responded to our questions within minutes. Just be prepared you won't want to leave the house to go site seeing....all you'll need is in the backyard!!! We would stay again!

Great place for a get together

We had 13 friends get together from all around the country and this is a great place to stay instead of a hotel. Very clean and well appointed. Backyard was perfect and has it all (pool, seating, grill, basketball court). The owner was attentive and accessible for any needs we had. I would highly recommend this place.
