This home is located on the South side of Ocean Lakes, but it is on a spacious road and has plenty of PARKING!

Relax on the large, covered front porch, boasting outdoor dining and propane grill. This home is fully stocked with a full kitchen, including a dishwasher. Washer & Dryer available in the shed.
You'll also have access to beach chairs & sand toys for the kiddos.

Inside, there is cable TV in every room, and a stocked kitchen for preparing meals, including a dishwasher.

3 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathrooms
4 beds, sleeping 6 people. Maximum 4 adults.
Master Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Size Bed
Bedroom 3 - Twin over Twin bunk beds

Complimentary use of one (1) Golf Cart.

LINENS: We INCLUDE Linens & Bathroom/Kitchen Towels!! Just bring your beach towel

18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license.

Long summer weekend

We really enjoyed staying in your home. We really thought the front porch was nice,and the golf cart was very convenient. We weren't smart enough to use the coffee maker so maybe some instructions would be helpful. We are looking forward to booking another trip in the future. Thanks for a great weekend.

We had the best time!

This was my family’s first time to ocean lakes, & my daughter’s first time to the beach. We had never heard about ocean lakes before until a buddy of mine told me they took his daughter there last year and told me how much they loved it and how kid friendly it was. I never thought it would be as good of a time as it was! And I’m not a beach person but even I had a good time! We loved the house the three bedrooms allowed my mother in law to come with us also and still at an affordable price! Mike & cj are awesome and we had the opportunity to meet them while they were in town! Any questions I had I called Kim and she answered them all and walked me through what I needed on my own end. Also the golf cart was a huge plus and super helpful! Needless to say we will be back next year! Thank you to Mike, CJ, & Kim!

This was a great location. First time on this side of OL. Easy access to the beach! Loved the golf cart and laundry access. And I can’t forget the outside shower!! Sitting on the front porch in the morning was lovely!! Kim was ‘Johnny on the spot’ if we had questions or issues! Thanks we even got to meet Mike & CJ (owners) Hope to come back again!
