Stay and accommodations were excellent. Miscommunication with property manager about checkout was disappointing. We checked out at 9:00 am and they called and left disrespectful messages and left emails about needing to vacate the property witch we already had.

Great location

Easy check in. Spacious. Would've been nice if there were more trash bags and dishwashing tablets. We were only allotted two which wasn't enough for the family and made cleaning up and checking out harder. Nice place otherwise

The stay was okay however two of the TVs didn’t work and the internet was very slow

Awesome Vacation Rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have never stayed in these condos before, usually we are down the street a little in other buildings. This was an awesome condo! The staff was awesome, especially maintenace. We had an issue with the cable and they came out and fixed it so quickly! A few things were run down but overall it was an awesome condo. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was awesome. In a good neighborhood. Condo clean listing was very accurate. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend. Close to Walmart and Tanger outlet. We so enjoyed our stay.

Nice place for family getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Located in the peaceful quiet part of Myrtle Beach. Ocean across from the swimming pool, very convenient.

TV in loft was not functional due to the cables were plugged in incorrectly. TV in 2nd bedrooms volume and power button did not work on remote. Back deck slider need greased or replaced as it was very hard to open, my husband had to open it if anyone wanted to go outside. Dining area chandelier hangs to low, multiple people hit their heads on it. In master bedroom, surge protector needs replaced that the TV is plugged into. Had to readjust it multiple times so TV would not shut off. Also, multiple guest were leaving garbage bags outside their doors for multiple days causing a bad smell.

Beach Access

Very convenient to beach. Far enough from main thru fares to be quiet but close enough to access restaurants and shopping quickly. Nice unit with comfortable beds. Upstairs bedroom private but not closed in so noise from lower levels might disturb the occupants.

Reviewer Comments: Perfect spot, I was concerned that we were not North enough because we wanted to experience downtown from a bike rides distance without being in the congestion.Rest assured, private beachfront access and perfectly positioned between North and South Beach. We brought our 4 kids (13 - 15) and quickly fell in love with the spot and the kids had a blast.The condo was clean spacious and provided all we needed for a week on the beach. The pool was amazing and perfect for the family and kids when the wanted to take a swim without the sand.

Hurricane Stay

This is our 2nd year staying at Anchorage .Last year we stayed at one , this year 2 . I have to say both places are nice , you can’t beat the location This year our trip started out a little rough as we had no power due to Hurricane Ian. The power did come back on sometime on Saturday after that it was a great stay

Great location, Great Value

This is very affordable and a great location. Nicely furnished and very clean. The view, beach and pool made for a wonderful vacation.

Definitely would go back

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the anchorage II condo. Beds were comfortable and felt like we were in a safe community of residents. Had lovely sunrises of the ocean. Beach area was not crowded like other resorts. Would definitely recommend this place and will plan to come back next year!!

I enjoyed my stay at this property. Very clean, neat, had everything we needed close to anything we needed only issues was the water pressure in the showers and water didn’t get too hot , we just didn’t turn the cold on to get it hot and that wasn’t hot but still had a great time would recommend .

The condo was very nice , our issues were with the bathrooms. Guest bathroom needed a lot of upgrades. Baseboard near the tub was all cracked and dirty. The shower and tub needed new caulking. The overhead light and fan was filthy. Master bathroom sink by the door had a broken sink stopper. Maintenance took the stopper out. Said it had to be replaced. This did not happen during our stay. Had to lay a wash cloth in sink to keep something from falling into the drain. Bathroom door (facing bedroom) looked like someone put their foot through the door and was patched but never sanded or painted. Went to our locker the day before we left so see that the lock was broken and only one beach chair. Filthy...We still enjoyed our stay but these items have to be corrected for future guests.

The Anchorage II - Best place to stay

We have been coming to the Anchorage II for years!! This was our 15th time staying there and each time is always a pleasant one. You are right at the beach ( just cross the road). The pool is always kept clean and is very refreshing. You are close to everything you need. I highly recommend staying there!! You will continue going back year after year!

just a few issues

overall was a great vacation; condo was great for our family of 6; in the evenings would like to watch tv, but continued to get a error message that there was connection issues and several channels were interrupted and we were unable to view them, but those channels were available at other times - so it was very frustrating the pool closing at 8pm was inconvenient as we would have liked to have been there a little later; there are lights and not sure why it closed so early front bedroom, the outside hallway light shines onto one of the beds which we had to hang extra blanket to try and block out for my son to sleep showers are a bit small and water pressure a little light; master bath, one of the two sinks was turned off because the drain stopper was broken and would not pop up

We also like dealing with Lisa the real estate agent. unit 303 was fine because everything worked and we had no problems with any of the appliances or beds or sinks and toilets. Overall the unit was dark, especially the bedrooms and the kitchen could’ve been brighter. Kitchen didn’t have enough forks nor a pizza cutter and could be a little bit updated.
