Great hideaway

Great place! Clean, comfy bed, super quiet after the neighbor dog stopped barking (which we asked about and the property manager took care of right away). Great location, ran to the Hidden Valley trailhead which is one of our favorite trails. And not too far from town.

The unit is very comfy and welcoming. We loved the close proximity to town and also attractions that were south of Moab. Will send the team a couple small repair suggestions but we would definitely consider this again for a future rental.

It was a great location to take in Arches and Canyonlands. It fit our needs well. The bed was very comfortable and the washer/dryer was appreciated. To get to the entrance, one has to descend steep stone stairs without a handrail. If you have physical limitations, I would not recommend this location for you. I had a sprained ankle for this trip, and the stairs were almost too tricky for me. But the overall unit was clean and comfortable.

The place was decent. I wish I would have known about the steep, uneven stairs down to the unit and no handrails. A couple of little things - the kitchen faucet was very loose, some of the knobs on the bedroom furniture were absent. Had a little trouble working the a/c. My husband came down with something and we decided to leave early, but it took over 2 days to get any response. I was hoping but not expecting a partial refund, but didn’t even get any response, even to the fact that we were leaving early for over 2 days. Overall, it was just okay and I don’t think i would recommend it. Sorry- communication/acknowledgement would have made a big difference.
