Please note: This unit is located on the third floor and there is a building elevator.

Your well-deserved vacation away from home starts here. The property is located in the heart of Walt Disney World and close to the best attractions in Kissimmee and Orlando.

Includes 2 Queen size bed. and 1 Queen size sofa bed. Just added BIG SMART TVs with Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Video perfect for relaxing after a fun-filled day.

Free parking is available for up to two vehicles at no additional cost. There are no resort or parking fees.

Need a car? Ask us about our 8-passenger minivan. You can plan both your stay and car rental in one place. Contact us for the link.

We are happy to host pets; however, certain restrictions apply. Please contact us before booking so we can confirm the details.

Needs improvement

Pictures are misleading. Place has a roach problem. Facility allows pets, was a dog running up and down the hall barking. 2 star place to stay

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — it is important for us. We’re sorry to hear your expectations weren’t met. Please rest assured that we take all guest concerns seriously. We follow a regular pest control schedule and have immediately reported your comments to the property management for further action. Regarding pets, the building is pet-friendly and, although we don’t manage the entire condominium, we do report noise issues when notified. We hope you’ll give us the opportunity to provide a better stay in the future.

Ok for what you pay

Furniture is severely damaged and undersized. Needs new dining table, chairs, new sofa/bed, new bed night tables. IT advertises as recently remodeled and this is true but just in part as furniture is worn out.
