This newly renovated bright and chic triplex home in Walkerville is perfect for a staycation in the beautiful city or for business travelers, looking for comforts of home.
This 7 bed 4 bath home is located right on Howard Avenue and just a few blocks from Techumseh Road. Groceries, shopping, restaurants and much more all within walking distance, just 300m-500m away!
Drive to Downtown Windsor in just 5 minutes and enjoy the breezy lake view.

This brand new 7 bedroom 4 bathroom home is newly renovated, bright and airy with modern updates, appliances and designer interior.
The bedrooms are complete with 7 Queen beds, both with new linens, memory foam mattresses, and room darkening blinds.
This home can sleep up to 15 to 17 guests. There are 2 bedrooms (each can sleep 2), and the 3 living rooms have a convertible sofa bed that can sleep 1.
Enjoy the 4k Roku Smart TVs for all your entertainment needs and seamless highspeed internet for work and online necessities.
Enjoy your own in-suite laundry and fully equipped bathroom and kitchen in all the 4 units
The home is equipped with a Mitsubishi Ductless Mini Split Air Conditioner with Heater and Remote. *Please make sure it is turned off when not in use.*
I do not live on site but have a local team to assist you with your needs. I am always available by phone so please do not hesitate to ask if I have something. I try to be as accommodating as possible!
Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.
➤A fully refundable $250 security deposit is required. It is collected securely through our trusted property management system and covers incidents such as intentional damage to linens or lost keys/fobs.
➤Guests must provide a government-issued ID and complete a screening form through our verified property management platform.
➤Failure to complete the ID verification or security deposit process will result in a canceled reservation with no refund.
➤Note: The individual making the booking must be the one staying at the property. The credit card on file must match the booker's name. Valid government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required prior to check-in.

- SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit will be collected to cover specific incidents such as lost or unreturned keys/fobs, or damage to/staining of household linens. Charges will apply if these conditions are not met.
- NO SMOKING inside the property. All guests must dispose of cigarette butts in a specified container and thrown out off the property.
**Smoking indoors will result in a $500.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time intensive process.**
- NO PETS are permitted inside the property. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $500.00 fine charged to guests.
- NO PARTIES. **There is a $250.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.**
- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS inside the property at anytime. All guests must be registered for liability purposes.
**A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**
- CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES ARE MANDATORY, unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations.
**$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.**
**Reservation Extension Policy:
Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hour notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.
All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.
Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed.
- PARKING is available for one vehicle in the parking lot located at the back of the building where the wooden stairs are.
**Guests are responsible for any extra vehicle.**
- GARBAGE is to be separated, bagged, sealed, and thrown out in the appropriate bins. Garbage (black bin), Recycling (blue bin), and Organics (green bin). Please put all waste from the unit to the appropriate outdoor bins for city pick-up.

- LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS if you are not home. Please make sure all windows and doors and closed and locked upon check-out.
- TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out.
- BACK LIGHTS. Please leave outdoor backlights ON at all times for security purposes.
- MAINTENANCE AND/OR REPAIRS. Please contact me directly so I can send someone to tend to it.
- SHOES are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the house.
- VIDEO SURVEILLANCE monitoring activity in the entry/exit points only for the safety and security of the home and our guests.

- Please leave the washer door open once a wash is complete to allow the water to evaporate and avoid mold/mildew from forming.
- Only a moderate amount of laundry detergent is required for a full size load wash.
HEAT THERMOSTAT
- The home is equipped with a Mini Split Air Conditioner and Heater with Remote. Please make sure to turn off the appliance when it is not in use and at the time of check-out.
- There is also baseboard heating, as back up, to keep you nice and cozy during the cool season.
- Please make sure to leave baseboards OFF when not in use and at the time of check-out.
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
- Please wash, clean and put all dishes away. Cleaning dishes is not included in the cleaning fee.
- Please strip bed sheet and duvet covers and place them in front of the laundry machines.
- Please place all used towels and linens on the floor next to the bathroom.
- Please put all waste away in the appropriate outdoor bins and do not leave waste inside the unit.
