As the year progresses, we recommend checking back for seasonal updates featuring upcoming Miami events and attractions, including Art Basel Miami Beach, the Miami International Boat Show, holiday events, spring break, and seasonal beach activities.

* Please ensure the number of guests matches your reservation.

* To help keep the neighborhood peaceful, outdoor gatherings should become quieter after 9:00 PM.

* This is a non-smoking home.

* Please leave the home reasonably tidy and treat furnishings, linens, and amenities with care.

* Pets are welcome only in accordance with the property’s pet policy and reservation requirements.



🛠️ During Your Stay



* If anything isn’t working properly, please let us know so we can arrange maintenance as quickly as possible.

* In the unlikely event of an emergency or essential maintenance, the host may need access to the property after notifying you whenever possible.

* Need an extra TV remote? You can use the free Roku mobile app while a replacement is arranged.

* If your stay includes a scheduled trash collection day, please place garbage in the designated outdoor container as instructed.

* If you leave personal belongings behind, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with retrieval. Items can only be held for a limited time.

* Additional cleaning or replacement charges may apply in cases of excessive cleaning, smoking inside the home, or damaged items.

Out of consideration for our neighbors, please keep noise below 75 decibels after 9:00 PM. If city authorities visit the property, please contact us immediately. Failure to comply with applicable house rules may result in further action, including the possibility of having to vacate the premises if law enforcement becomes involved.



🌱 A gardening company visits the backyard approximately once a month for tree trimming and removal of dry leaves.



🛠️ If something breaks down or malfunctions during your stay, our maintenance team will work to address the issue promptly, generally within 24 hours.



🗑️ If your stay coincides with garbage collection days, please place the garbage container outside at the front as instructed on the “garbage table” provided inside the house.



Late Check-Out

Late check-out or an extension may be available depending on availability:



* Until 12:00 PM: $100

* Until 2:00 PM: $130

Pool

To help maintain the pool’s cleanliness, please leave the pool equipment/cleaners connected if they were connected when you arrived. Failure to follow pool-care instructions may result in a guest charge.



Packages & Deliveries



Guests are responsible for monitoring all packages ordered before, during, or after their stay, including shipments that may be delayed. The host cannot guarantee storage, forwarding, or shipment of guest packages after departure.
