Are you coming to visit family for the Holidays and want your own space? Then stay with us at a special reduced rate! And enjoy your privacy!!! Are you a horse Trainer, Jockey or traveling Nurse? Coming to Hot Springs for several months and looking for a safe convenient place to stay that's affordable for an extended stay? We will discount this property for any of the above to $65 a night for a 30 night+ stay.

Spacious living area with a smart TV,, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with a large shower/tub, large bedroom with TV, & USB chargers thru-out. Private fenced yard with BBQ grill. You can enjoy hikes up & around the mountain less than a mile out the front door. Walk or drive along a shady Historic District street of houses to downtown, bathhouses row, many stores, & of course the national park and its' famous waters. Extra guests? Because of Arkansas's humid weather, bugs (flies, moths, ants, spiders, walking sticks, water bugs, mosquitoes, etc.) & wildlife such as skunks, raccoons, opossums, squirrels, fox, armadillos, snakes, mice, owls, &/or other wildlife may be present on or near the property. Sometimes the bugs get into the house, even though we spray at least monthly.
