✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $1,250.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

I had a lovely long weekend here with family and some friends. The house was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and so thoughtfully set up - it made for a really comfortable and easy stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the water and close to everything. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This house was just about perfect. Everyone in our group couldn’t stop talking about how great it was. The size, design/flow, amenities, seating areas, kitchen, cleanliness etc were excellent. Every room has its own nice full bathroom which is so key. The pool is wider than it looks in the pics, and there is an option to pay for heating, which we didn’t take because we would have to pay for the full time there - the management company said rebating wouldn’t be necessary and they were right. Walk to beach via 31st entry was 5 min! Cool activity room leads out to pool (note it has a beach cart, sand toys, balls, frisbees etc). Check-in, check-out, responsiveness were all very easy, fast and straightforward. They thought of everything. Just know to bring your own beach towels.

Absolutely amazing house in an amazing location! Very spacious inside and out and lots of different places to hang out. Very quick walk to the beach and rented a bike with a beach trailer to haul all of the beach gear. Less than 5 minutes to the grocery, bagel shop, sandwich shop and butcher shop. Can’t recommend this place enough. We had an amazing family vacation. We hope to be back!

Beautiful property

Gorgeous home! Stayed with 7 adults and 3 children. Walk in closet in one of the king bedrooms fits a full size crib! Pool was perfect. Second floor screened porch was a dream. Kitchen is well stocked to actually cook. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Traveling with kids — we really liked that there was only one door out to the pool and it could be locked with a hook and eye lock well out of a child’s reach. Very responsive property management — dishwasher malfunctioned while we were there and was professionally repaired within a few hours.

I think the only issue we had with this property was that someone booked it after us preventing us from staying longer. Check-in was easy, communication was simple with fast response times, and I don’t know if it’s mentioned in the listing BUT it’s incredibly easy to get to the beach (around the corner). We got a golf cart and barely used it. 10/10 would recommend staying here. They also allowed us to pay for an extra day to arrive early.
