Escape to Carmel at our charming retreat, perfectly situated within walking distance of downtown Carmel-By-The-Sea. Explore our quaint city, home to world-class Michelin-star restaurants and renowned shopping. Just minutes from Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove, and iconic 17-Mile Drive, this location is ideal for exploring the area's natural beauty. Enjoy nearby state parks and scenic trails, making it the perfect getaway for relaxation, fine dining, and unforgettable adventures.

Our property is expansive and includes a Studio, Penthouse, and a 1-bedroom unit, each offering complete privacy and separation from one another. The main house has exclusive access to the entire backyard and its amenities. Guests in the Studio and Penthouse will need to use the backyard pathways to access their respective units.

Guests have full access to the main 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, as well as the backyard firepit and outdoor furniture.

If you'd like to enjoy the backyard and its amenities during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements. We'd be happy to ensure everything is ready for you to enjoy!

Great Carmel Home!

This home is Gorgeous inside and out and we absolutely loved everything that it had to offer, Great kitchen with everything that you would need! Very clean with tons of natural light in all the rooms, new bathrooms and a hugh outdoor enclosed yard with tons of seating and a great fire pit! We will definitely return!

良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
Jeff is a great host with excellent communication. The house is large and well appointed. Location is good (if a little noisy from Ocean Ave) ; 15-20 mins walking to downtown Carmel (uphill on the way home so don’t drink too much :)The only real disappointment is the set up of the other rental units. VRBO lists it as “entire place” but there are actually 3 other rental units on the property. They are in really close proximity. For example, the door to the Penthouse is literally outside the patio door where I was watching TV on the couch. It doesn’t create for a very private environment with other guests checking in / out. To be fair, it’s in the property notes but I had not read carefully enough and even if I had I would not have realised the close proximity of other guests ingress / egress (see photo)Finally, at the time we stayed there was still some construction going on that was not disclosed before booking. No biggie but not quite what was represented in the photos online (see my photos).Overall nice place but for the price, I expected more privacy.
