The host was amazing! Great communication. The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean, updated and great decor. There was plenty of linens, towels, and beach towels as well. The air conditioning worked so good to keep us cool at night. The view is unbelievable! We would love to stay here next year, but it is already booked.

We have stayed in various condos at the Kona Bali Kai yearly (almost) for the past 12 years. This was, by far, the most well stocked condo we have stayed in. We were very impressed, as well, with the condition of the furniture, the renovation, and the condo as a whole. When there was an issue with the lanai fan, Holly was quick to respond to our email and had it replaced promptly. Snorkel and beach equipment was provided and it was all in good condition. All of our interactions with Holly were exceedingly pleasant and we would definitely stay here again!

Holly was flexible and quick to respond to all of our questions. The view of the ocean and sound of the surf from this unit was spectacular. The unit was really clean, and probably the best stocked rental we have ever had. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals for your stay and there was lots of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, laundry detergent and beach items.

Wonderful condo in a great location! Very clean, only a couple of miles from town, very close to Magic Sands Beach and incredible views right on the beach! Furnishings are updated and light, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas provided. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was clean and well kept. There is laundry facilities in the unit and the kitchen had all thr amenities if one wanted to stay in and do their own cooking/baking. A beautiful view of the ocean awaits the guest from the balcony.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at a property that Holly hosts - and as usual, it did not disappoint! The kitchen and bathrooms were so well stocked, and it was so nice to have all the equipment needed for a nice day at the beach. The home was so clean and nicely decorated. And I love, love, love having the washer and dryer in the unit! We spent a lot of time watching the surfers just outside of our lanai - such wonderful built-in entertainment! My favorite part was falling asleep to the sound of the waves just outside. Holly was again absolutely wonderful to work with - so responsive and attentive. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Great condo with a view!

The view from the balcony was perfect! We loved to sit outside and watch the surfers. The location is great - easy to get to all of the places we visited. The unit itself was very clean with ample space, laundry facilities and full kitchen. Holly was always available for quick communications and regularly checked it to see if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Amazing stay!

From the moment you walk in you can see the property is cared for. It has all you will ever want or need. It is the perfect place to stay. The view is astonishing gorgeous and to have breakfast by the ocean was a nice treat. What I appreciated the most is that the place looks even better in person than on the pictures. Thank you for this beautiful memories in your place!

Little extras

Little extras (like spices, cooler, paper towels) and extra thoughtfulness made the stay easy. Holy was super helpful and answered our billion questions quickly and tirelessly.

Surf & Surfers

This condo is as well-appointed as any we have stayed in. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay is provided. For guests looking for a place as close to the ocean shore as possible, THIS is it! We spent most of our time on the lanai, watching surfers ride the waves. And our Host, Holly, provided a seamless check-in; and, ensured a quick response to any questions we may have had. Overall, one of our all-time favorite VRBO stays!

Paradise lovely

This Hawaiian condo was recently updated as well as new furnishings. The host provides a cooler, beach chairs/towels, guide books, etc. It’s well maintained and comfortably, Island stylishly furnished. Holly is efficient and quick to communicate, providing detailed information. A great location to explore both sides of the island. And ohhh that lanai! Thank you for the opprtunity to live like a local.

Beautiful Views! Great Location!

This condo has beautiful views of the ocean and sunset from the lanai! It is conveniently located and close to many great restaurants. We felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay and the free parking was very convenient. We would highly recommend this place!

21 days @ Paradise

Our 3-week stay here has been wonderful and memorable! Not only was it a birthday celebration for both my husband and I, but it was also a perfect way to celebrate the end of my cancer treatments! We were able to explore the island and at the end of the day, take in the breathtaking views on the lanai. We slept to the sounds of the crashing waves each night! For the first two weeks, we’d watch for the green flash, but many times it would be overcast. However, on our last week, we saw it 3x! Amazing! The condo was stocked with a variety of things. I especially appreciated the selection of books, board games, and trivia cards. The location seemed perfect for exploring the island. In our 3 week stay, we were able to cover most of the places we wanted to visit and more! It was great that there were umbrellas and extra towels that were easy to bring along as well. Holly was available to answer any questions and always responded promptly. She was an excellent host! When the WiFi was down, she was able to fix it/help us remotely. If you love the sound of the ocean....

Late arrival to Kona, finding he property was easy via google maps. Parking is plentiful and accessing the room was flawless. Waking up to the fabulous view and amazing Lanai set the tone for the rest of the holiday. Slept most nights with the doors open so we could hear the ocean sounds. I won't repeat all the great things about this property already covered in other reviews, as they are all accurate. We stayed the entire month of Feb 2023, I believe it would be difficult at this location without a car. With that said, there is a trolly that runs right in front of the property to town which we never did utilize. Our Host, Holly, was fantastic. We had a few questions upon arrival and she was very responsive, helpful, and generous to ensure our arrival and first few days were enjoyable while we got settled. A big thanks also to Denisse for your help. We wanted to see whales...we saw them everyday. Spinner Dolphins, Turtles, fish, etc...all can be spotted right off the Lanai. Property is clean and well maintained. Pool was generally very quiet, with ample loungers and free wifi around the pool area which was nice. Once the sun disappeared around the pool, it was a quick shift to the grass and loungers out by the ocean for full sun for the rest of the day. It should be mentioned that the pool is deeper and I would think would be good for young children. There is a small shallow area on the stairs on the way in, then it quickly drops to 6-7 feet. This was not an issue for our family, but could be for a family with young children. Condo was extremely well stocked, we wanted for nothing during our stay and Holly ensured we were taken care of....a fabulous host and a fantastic property!!

The condo was beautiful and right on the water. Parking is free and accessible. The condo had everything (except kleenex) 😀. The owner was VERY responsive and most helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The perfect place

We made the mistake of splitting our trip between this location and the other side of the island, we immediately wanted to come back to this property upon check out. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. We were traveling with a 4 year old, Holly had all the beach gear and toys we needed to enjoy the nice sandy swimming spots within walking distance. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable, the veiws were amazing and the air conditioning was an absolute life saver. If the condo would have been available we would have abandoned our multi-million dollar second location and come back here, this place really had it all!

Beautiful oceanfront condo

This property was very easy to check into. Once inside everything you could possibly need is there. Kitchen is well stocked and there's plenty of supplies for the beach. There's towels, chairs, even some lotion. There was wonderful smelling handmade soaps in the bathroom. Holly even had someone bring me an extra bar. We sat on the balcony and watched surfers for our first few days during high surf. This is also a great location to get to several places around the island. The beds are very comfortable! We had a great stay! Thanks Holly for all your help!!!

Great view, comfy condo

Our family of four stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. The view is amazing, the place is comfy and has everything you might need, including lots of beach gear. Pool isn’t fancy but kids loved it and we swam every day. There is a nice little beach about a mile down the road and it’s easy to get to any activity on Kona side.
