This unique Steampunk-themed, fully remodeled, AC installed (July 2025), 1900's home in the heart of Tacoma, blends vintage industrial charm with modern comforts. Centrally located, it's perfect for exploring the city's attractions while enjoying a one-of-a-kind, immersive experience.

With the city's roots in the Industrial Revolution, its bustling ports, and historic railroads Tacoma is a hub for transportation and trade—a key theme in Steampunk culture.

The proximity to ports adds a maritime charm, blending steam-powered innovation with nautical vibes. Our location immerses guests in a living storybook of gears, steam, and adventure.

Just 30 minutes from SeaTac airport, this two-bedroom haven has easy access to I-5, parks, waterfront, museums, bustling downtown restaurants, shops, concerts, and live entertainment.

Have a cozy night in, explore one of the many local parks, or continue to South Tacoma Way and immerse yourself in the vibrant nightlife. Many options are just outside our door, and if venturing further into the city, public transportation is available directly across the street.

Rooms were nice and clean and we enjoyed the decorations. Appreciate the well maintained yard and the benches where we could enjoy some fresh air while the pups run around. Very convenient location to the mall and Tacoma Dome.

This was one of the better VRBOs that we have stayed at. The host put extra thought into the cute decor as well as what the guests would need or desire. It was very well stocked. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Tacoma.

The cutest place we’ve stayed at by far! Very comfortable, spacious rooms and big beds. Lots to do in the area. Yvonne and Josh were super easy to communicate with, and even left us a welcome bag with goodies in it! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great birthday trip

The stay was amazing! Cute house, it was exactly what we needed. So comfortable, great beds, good shower (great shampoo and conditioner), and nice set up.vwoukd stay again and definitely reccomend!

Beautiful house. We loved this little house. It was perfect for our stay. Kitchen was well supplied. Thank you for the added EXTRAS like the snacks, coffee, small LED flashlight and ear plugs at the bedside table. Thank you for hosting our family. Will stay again when I’m back to Washington.

We had an excellent stay. The uard is fully fenced so we didnt have to have our dog on lead in the yard. Ots very easy to get from here to all the places we wanted to go. The neighborhoof was lovely for morning dog walks. We appreciated the tea wrlcome gift. We'd definitely stay here again.

Cozy and Comfortable

I had a fantastic stay, The place was very comfortable, i loved the theme of the place and it felt like a home away from home. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was great and made sure everything was just right I would definitely stay again!

The hosts were so welcoming, lots of communication (my many questions) and the place was just a described. Very cozy and roomy at the same time!! A little bigger TV would have helped for watching the football games but still a great place! We especially liked the special touches.

Outstanding Place

It’s perfect, simple as that. I’ve paid a lot more for hotel suites which don’t offer as many amenities and which aren’t as straight-up nice as this house. Highly recommended.

Steam Punk

One of the best properties I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. All the furniture was super comfy, kitchen was fully stocked and bathroom had everything you needed. I stayed for a week and cooked a couple of times, and every time I thought “ooh I bet they don’t have that” I was proven wrong. Wish I could have stayed longer.
