Our stay was perfect! The house was big enough for everyone and had plenty of things to do to keep everyone busy! The pool was perfect for cooling off after long days hiking at Zion. We had 4 adults and 6 children with us and everyone loved it, from the game room to mini golf! We would definitely stay here again!

This pet friendly home was a great base camp for our family trip to Zion and Bryce. The home was clean and the host was responsive. I’d stay here again if I ever came back to this area.

Great House

The house had a ton of bedrooms and a great layout for all of our family. The kids loved the large pool and upstairs tv room and game room.

Excellent Stay

Listing was exactly as detailed on VRBO. Had everything we needed and then some. Owner was very attentive and answered all our questions quickly. There were plenty of pool towels and very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Lots of activities with the heated pool and the hot tub! The kids also enjoyed the ping pong table and other games in the recreation area upstairs. It was the highlight of our family gathering! Allan was very responsive to our text messages. We’d love to stay here again! Many great memories were made!

Our family group of 10 really enjoyed our time staying in this house and visiting Zion National Park. The home was lovely. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub - both of which were cleaned twice during the week we were there. Plenty of towels, linens and anything you could need. The game room, putting green and large tv’s were a big hit with my 20-30 year old crew of nephews - especially because there were important sports on! The restaurants in the area close quite early (8am or so) so having a hang out space was terrific! Beds were comfortable, everything easy to find. Our family gave it a 10 out of 10! Zion is a beautiful place to explore. We had a wonderful time.

Family getaway

Great home for our getaway. We were celebrating my mothers 80th birthday it was also my daughter’s first getaway with her infant twins. The house was perfectly situated for scenic drives and morning walks and hikes. We spent an entire day at the home enjoying the pool and fun games that was available.

National Park vacations

This property was perfect for our family of ten. Allan, our host, was wonderful and responded very quickly to our questions. The pool was a big hit especially after a day of hiking. Very accessible to shopping and activities. Highly recommend to all. Thanks again, bob and family

Poolside Paradise for the win, for Zion Hiking Trips

This property was the perfect place for our Zion hiking trip with Grand Parents, Adult kids and Grandkids. we were able to arrive early to Zion for free parking, hike all morning in the cool of the day, and head back to Poolside Paradise once the day started getting hot, for cool off in the pool and hot tub for our sore muscles. A good location for Zion, St. George, Snow Canyon, Kolob Valley trips. The property was as described, and the kitchen well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots/pans, etc. Lots of towels for the pool/hotub as well. Property owner, Allan, was very prompt in communication, and I always felt informed. Love the easy checkout! We had a great stay, Allan! Thank you for the use of your home.

Temperatures were HOT but the pool was a lifesaver. The kids lived in it the first few days and after our site-seeing trips. Good location for Zion where we toured on e-bikes and hiked.. Also did about a 2 hour trip to Bryce Canyon. Some of our group flew in/out of St.George and experienced airline delays. Some did 2 hour drive to Las Vegas to fly out- no delays. Davis grocery store was real close. Also used Wal-Mart in Hurricane, which was not too far away. We didn't realize there were two laundry facilities in the house and that the cleaners had left towels in both but it was worth dealing with it since the owner let us check in early to accommodate our arrival times to the area. One evening it was windy and the lid to the hot tub kept blowing open but we weighed it down and the pool guy came the next morning and fixed it. There were 2 doors that needed maintenance but not a big deal so the owner was going to get fixed after we checked out so we didn't have to stick around to wait for a maintenance person during our visit. House was great for our size group. Kitchen well supplied. You need to bring your own Netflix password (or for other services) for the tv but one of us remembered theirs so my husband could watch sports and movies. We enjoyed the putting green and game room too. Fun time! Our week was over too soon !
