The Studio
This private studio and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You’ll have your own entrance,
a comfortable (new) queen bed, and bathroom. The space also features an outdoor shower — perfect for tropical climate.
The studio includes a kitchenette with a microwave, induction burner, small refrigerator, and toaster oven — ideal for preparing simple meals.
Enjoy outdoor seating area, picnic area, and barbecue facilities. Free on-site private parking is available for guests.
Located in the peaceful Kalapana Seaview Estates, it's just two minutes from the ocean and within walking distance to the stunning Kehena Black Sand Beach.
The Space
The house was built in 2009 and is a single-story home with a front-facing garage. I lovingly converted the garage into this charming studio.
Open the door to reveal a large screened panel, allowing for great airflow while maintaining privacy.
It’s a sweet space — perfect to come home to after a day of exploring the Big Island.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
I love nature, This area is off the beaten path and a little out of the tourist zone. So very quiet and wild. It is the newest part of the island and still in creation with the youngest volcano. It is a mixtes of jungle, pristine ocean and volcanics wonders. The 2018 eruptions is still very vibrant and can be observed at many sites. It is the hippies part of town and very colorful.

My property is safe and clean and nice. It is a well kept house in a quiet neighborhood. Great place for sunrise, 5 minutes walk from the wild ocean and lava field... The studio is build in a garage and offer the possibility to open the sliding door and have great lights and air flow. Adjescent to a nice garden yard. Free parking and wifi, BBQ and outdoor shower.
