With 2 full bathrooms featuring high end finishes, gourmet kitchen with large butcher block island, and open floor plan for the living spaces, guests will feel right at home. With sound dampening installed between each floor, you can enjoy the beautiful views in peace. The kitchen includes high end Maytag appliances. The stove has an air fryer feature, the dishwasher is super quiet, and the refrigerator has French doors to accommodate large platters. Also included for your convenience is a 12 cup coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster oven and stemware. Dishes include settings for 12 people and plenty of pots, pans, and casserole dishes for family cooking.

Linens are included in rental and feature fresh duvet cover and pillow sham covers between guest stays along with high thread count cotton sheets. Bath towels are very soft, absorbent and oversized.

Parking is provided under the house on the left side for up to 2 vehicles. Additional parking is available on the street. Please do not park in the grass.

The neighborhood is quiet with beautiful views along the neighborhood roads and includes access to a lookout deck over the intra-coastal waterway a short 1/4 mile walk away. Enjoy quiet walks and take in the sunrises and sunsets and the abundant wildlife including herrings, geese, ducks and dolphins!

Two Kayaks are available at the property to use and additional kayaks, paddle boards and jet ski rentals are just 1.5 miles away at 132 Cedar Point Blvd and 108 West Corbett Ave along with a public boat ramp at 144 Cedar Point Blvd.
