エメラルドアイランドリゾートタウンハウスには、クイーンマスタースイート、クイーンルーム、ツインベッド2台のベッドルームがあります。 マスタースイートと家族用バスルーム付きの2つの寝室は2階にあります。 すべての寝室にはテレビが付いています。 このタウンハウスを下階に完成させるのは、リビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、フルキッチン、ゲストバスルーム、洗濯機と乾燥機付きのユーティリティルームです。 リビングルームはオープンヤードを見下ろす。
2018年5月、階段のカーペットを置き換えて寝室にラミネートフローリングを施し、2018年10月に内部を再塗装しました。
クラブハウスでは、2つの大きなプール、ジャグジー、サウナ、フィットネスセンターサイバーカフェ、プールサイドのTiki Barをお楽しみください。 バスケットボールのハーフコート、バレーボールコート、テニスセンター、ビデオアーケードもあります。 クラスゴルフはオレンジレイクカントリークラブで10分です。

Awesome location, very safe community rooms size perfect for our group

Loved the place, very easy access, closed to everything, the community pool seemed a little small, loved the security to get in, rooms very a good size

Good value base for the parks

This place did what we needed it to do. Relatively comfortable for the three days we were in Orlando. The communal pool is nice and all staff at the security gates, pool bar and reception were nice. It’s a relatively inexpensive property to stay at so it isn’t full on luxury but its location and practicality making it a good spot to stay.

Winter in florida

We went south for a month to get out of the cold, and enjoyed our stay. Location was good for beach, space center and disney springs. All was reasonable drive

Place was extremely nice beautiful, absolutely loved it and will go back . Only down fall is they should update the TVs in two of the rooms because they Weren’t working or working right .

I would stay there again

What a great property and value. Loved the neighbourhood, location and the house. Communication was good with owner. Location was exactly what my family of six needed for our stay. My only regret in our vacation was that we were so busy at the amusement parks that I did not give myself more time to relax and enjoy the house, pool and amenities of the neighbourhood. Would say it was a great location for those going to Disney, only a short drive away.

The furniture was old

The apartment was very clean. The access was easy. I love the outside of it, but the furniture was a little outdated, and there were maybe one or two bugs that we killed other than that I would stay there again.

Perfect Getaway

This is the 2nd year we have rented this property. We just love it. The landscaping is absolutly beautiful. The pool is a minute walk away. Disney Parks are a 15 minute ride. The condo is clean and comfortable, quiet. Being able to do laundry is so helpful. This was a long weekend trip and we all had a blast! Thanks so much. We will see you next year!

Great Christmas

Mark was great from the beginning until the end . He didn’t let my family down . He took take of the obstacle the house had and made it the days great for all of us . Thank you very much for such wonderful professionalism and kind . Happy new year !

Relaxing

It was bumpy at first could. Not retrieving the code to get resulting panic and had to go to a hotel for the night but when we got the code it was a relief and it was exactly as it was stated too would love to come back

Family friendly town home

This Town home was very clean and spacious. Located in super cool resort with lot of common amenities. The kitchen, dining, living areas and 3 bed rooms had plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was well appointed with any cooking equipment and plenty of dishes & glassware. All Orlando attractions are just 15-20 minutes’ drive. Mark (property management) coordinated very well to help us with Check in / out process and was super smooth. We will love to stay here again on our next trip to Orlando... hopefully every year :) .. Would definitely recommend for small families.

Frills not included

If basic is alright with you this is your spot. Modestly decorated. Does have Wi-Fi. Easy access to a small playground. Close to a pool. Location is great for attractions. Some of the amenities could use updating. We had problems with the bedroom smart tvs, but hey! You’re in Florida. Who wants to sit around and watch tv!

Ground would be more comfortable

This property is not as listed or pictured. Beds are terrible. Condo is very dirt. Water stains and torn open ceiling. Missing blinds. Who knows what on walls?? Owner too busy to let us know of boil water order which he received 3 days prior to our check in. Not my type of accommodations. Couldn’t get out fast enough!!!

Good location but uncomfortably hot AC

This townhouse is located within five miles of the Disney parks and the resort is lovely. However, the townhouse needs some attention. First, it desperately needs a new AC unit. Guests are not allowed to adjust the temperature below 75 degrees and the bedrooms, which were located on the second floor, were unreasonably hot. Also, several lightbulbs were out and it did not have top sheets which was very unusual. We would not stay here again.
