Excellent place. Very spacey and accommodating for big family. Garage was a plus for all beach chairs and carts. Very close to the beach and all good restaurants. We will definitely use it again. The only issue we had was a WiFi.

Beautiful place!

Everything was very accommodating, location was great and private. Would look into renting some place again next summer!

Very enjoyable, short walk to the beach and walk or drive to restaurants and attractions. House was very nice and well taken care of!

Great stay as always

Clean and spacious, have stayed in the broad marsh community many times and it's always a quick and easy process...the house was ready early and check in was 5 minutes. There was a random pair of flip flops near the front door but other than that it's a great property.

The property is the perfect location and worked great for us. Close to the pool which was always empty with plenty of seating. The WiFi could use a booster, we had issues with streaming shows stopping and buffering a lot. Parking was great, plenty of space for 3 cars. Kitchen was well stocked and we had a great stay.

Property was very clean and as described. It was a a little crazy the week we went seeing as it was “Seniors week.” We could hear screaming and some fighting at night and the beach was extremely full but other than that the place was nice. I would recommend putting the building number on the garage as well since none of them are really marked and it can be confusing as to where to park.

Overall a nice place. The floors weren’t very clean though and we had to mop the balcony floor because it was so dirty.

Great Property and location

Awesome property slightly out of the main drag so beach not overly crowded and your on and off the bridge very easily. Everything within walking distance and the property was clean, spacious and well setup for a group. Would definitely book again for future needs.

Great condo!! Our 2nd time here and we will be back!! Good loca- short walk to the beach and convenient to other OC attractions. Spacious, clean and all the amenities you could need on vaca!! Thanks!!!
