The house was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with plenty to do nearby, and the water views were hard to beat. Elizabeth was wonderful—very responsive and accommodating, especially with our late flights. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again!

A fantastic stay at this hidden gem! Elizabeth was a wonderful host who was communicative and gracious. The descriptions and pictures were spot on. The home was clean and comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed. I cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Completely enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well equipped and so comfortable. Easy path to the beach just across the street. Great beach chairs, cooler and towels. The real joy was sitting riverside enjoying the pelicans, Osprey, dolphins and manatees. The sunsets were amazing!

Perfect waterfront getaway with stunning bay views

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful bay front home! The location is unbeatable with peaceful views of the bay, a dock perfect for watching wildlife, and a private beach just across the street. The house was clean, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. The host was super responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommend for a relaxing coastal escape!

GREAT time

We had a spectacular time. The house was immaculate. When communicating with the hostess she was very prompt with her replies. I can’t say enough about this place we did not want to leave. There was a nesting Osprey that we have fun watching and taking pictures of.

Excellent short stay

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this 5-night stay. The facility is as advertised, directly attached to a dock on the Indian River out the back--and directly across the street from the ocean in the front. The home seems to have been built in the past 5-10 years. It is well-maintained, nicely furnished, well-stocked (sheets, towels, soaps, beach chairs), and with high end appliances. The owner is highly communicative, and arrival was a breeze.The home about 15-20 minutes from dining and shopping. Our family considered that a very acceptable tradeoff for the tranquility of both waterfronts.We'll be back for sure in a few months.

Magical vacation experience!

We had an absolutely amazing vacation at this property! Don’t miss staying in this location. This our first time staying on the Indian River and we have a new appreciation for life in Florida. Location was excellent for our morning walks right along the A1A shoreline. We saw perfect sunsets on the river, manatees, dolphins, large variety of birds and even a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. Across the street to beach access, OMG!, we saw a sea turtle as we sat on the empty beach on a Sunday afternoon during Florida’s ‘busy’ season - heavenly quiet. A short drive across the river the shoreline is dotted with great restaurants to sample and sip local flavors. This gorgeous home had everything that we needed for the week. It was hard to come back home so we are already planning a return! Thank you so, so much.

Mini Vacation

We had a great time such a nice place to relax . We know the area and still found some new places to eat and visited some of our favorites too. Stocked very well with chairs , towels , even bicycles although we didn’t get the chance to ride. The mattress in the middle bedroom was uncomfortable however our last night we took the extras off and it was much better the. Of course put it back together before we left . We just kept rolling to the middle and couldn’t get comfortable but if that was the only downfall we thought we had done very well . Altogether a 9 out of 10 will rent again if the opportunity knocks !
