Cozy and modern Italian home away from home. We are located right in the heart of La Spezia, Italy. Apartment is brand new and ready to host you on your visit to Cinque Terre, La Spezia. Market Place 44 is just few minutes walk away from trains to cinque terre, buses and ferry boats to Portovenere or Cinque Terre. Seconds away from the restaurants and bars and if you are an early bird you can witness the cities historical farmers market opening as it is situated right by the apartment. We love kids and we always travel with our family so we know it takes more attention to details and things to do for our little guests as well.. and we have you covered. See you soon.
We have traveled many countries, stayed in countless places just to know how important it is to feel welcomed when away from your home. Long time coming but it was in the stars that home away from home would be created. We speak English, Italian, German and Latvian and will be happy to give you advice on where to dine and places to see.
44 Market Place is situated in La Spezia's historical city center, meters away from the city market. Short walking distance from the central train station or ferry boats for Cinque Terre. Wide choice of restaurants and bars located around the place.

Great Location

Accessible to transportation, markets, neat, minimalist decor, pied a Terre. Broken AC made it a bit uncomfortable. Helpful and responsive host. Loved our stay and the city!

This was a cute apartment in a good location. The decor was nice but we didn't realize there wasn't a living room area. All the beds were twin, which was fine, the bedding was nice but the beds were quite hard.

We have traveled a lot and seen many places, just to create one for of our own to offer guests a comfortable and modern place yet with Italian feel to it. We will be happy to share ideas of where to go and what to see, as well as where to dine.

This neighborhood is located right in the city center of La Spezia and is strategically located to be able to reach public transportation for visiting Cinque terre and enjoy the summer nights in the city of La Spezia as all the main restaurants and bars are just short walking distance away.
Market Place 44 apartment is located only 500 meters from Castello San Giorgio and 600 meters from Technical Naval Museum, 44 Market Place provides air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. This recently renovated apartment is located 300 metres from Amedeo Lia Museum and 800 meters away from La Spezia Centrale Train Station. The property is non-smoking and is situated 35 km from Mare Monti Shopping center.
Pisa International Airport is 83 km away, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.
