The main house features 2 bedrooms with adjustable queen beds, and the charming cottage offers 3 additional sleeping areas, including a double bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. Need more space? We’ve got 2 twin roll-away beds and a travel crib —perfect for families and groups. Make use of the convenient laundry room, perfect longer stays and refreshing those beach towels. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, where you can easily prepare delicious meals to fuel your beach adventures. The cottage invites indoor-outdoor living, with double doors that open to the pool, and is complete with a grill, fire pit, and plenty of space to kick back. Take a refreshing dip, wash off the day’s fun in the outdoor shower, or simply relax while watching the game or listening to your favorite tunes. Located just a 5-minute drive from downtown Bethany Beach, The Boat House is your perfect home base for seaside adventures!

When we first toured the home, we were immediately drawn to the spacious kitchen, private backyard, and all the potential it held. At the time, the upstairs of the cottage was an unfinished attic and the downstairs a workshop—but we saw the opportunity to create a charming guest space. We got to work, transforming it into the cozy cottage it is today, complete with bedrooms upstairs and a comfortable living area below. One of our favorite things about the property is how easily it accommodates larger groups, especially with its inviting outdoor spaces.
