Abravanel Hall, Temple Square, Hyatt Regency, Capitol Theatre and the Salt Palace Convention Center across the street.
25 Minutes to top ski resorts.
Enjoy superb AC, heating, hot tub, fitness center and WiFi during your stay. The bedroom has a Queen size bed. The living room offers an additional space with a Twin sofa bed for extra guests.

We would definitely stay here again. Host communicated very quickly. Parking pass did not work for us to leave the site when checking out (did not usethe few days we were there). We would have had to use the "lost ticket" had some guy behind us nottaken pity and helped us using his card. Ammentities - we werent sure what to expect. Each unit included different ammentities. Example: My unit had no handsoap refill but my bros unit had no dishwasher tabs. Regardless- we would definitely stay with this host again. :)

Thanks again for staying with us . Sorry you had trouble with the parking card. You have to swipe in and swipe out. I’m guessing you switched cars or took a paper ticket and that disabled the card. Anyway could have pushed the help button at parking gate or called us. Sorry again for any issues.

Clean, nice amenities and well situated. My wife and I both used the conference room as a quiet workspace and took advantage of the fitness studio. A bonus of the simple, yet functional furnishings was that the space was more or less baby proof by default. Would stay again!

Everything was PERFECT!! The central location of this loft condo has access to covered parking garage This loft is within walking distance to Temple Square, shopping areas, and many excellent restaurants.Built in 2024, the condo is meticulously furnished, quiet, clean, and secure.Questions to the host are answered immediately.

Great stay downtown

I spent 4 nights here for a work conference - great, quiet spot right downtown, walkable distance to anything you could need including local transit. Affordable, clean, and friendly staff! Would stay here again.

This location was perfect for us as we stayed here while our daughter performed with Ballet West. Walking across the street to the theater and not having to worry about traffic or parking made it worth every penny. Rob was excellent and very responsive. We will be staying here again for sure! 10 stars!!!

Convenient Clean Close

The perfect place to stay for our convention. It's very clean, updated and comfortable! Connecting with the owner was very easy and the onsite management was excellent at answering all of our questions! We are staying here again!!

The apartment was centrally located for what we were doing. The parking was a bonus! As the parking on the street was challenging. The apartment was very clean, bed was comfortable. Perfect for a weekend away. Checking in and out was easy.

Very clean. Everything worked. Good gym. Amazing shower!! We had an event at the conference center which was across the street. Perfect distance to restaurant and grocery stores.
