Welcome to our newly built, modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath oasis! Just 8 minutes from downtown Phoenix, you’re perfectly placed for incredible dining, lively entertainment, and endless attractions. Unwind in the private backyard with soothing water features, a grill, and comfy outdoor seating. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, our home is the ideal base for your stay. The home boasts tons of room for your group to spread out and enjoy themselves while offering privacy when needed!

Master bedroom, located on the second floor, features an en suite bathroom & private balcony overlooking the surrounding neighborhood.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials necessary to prepare a meal.

Washer & dryer in home for any laundry needs during your stay.

You'll have access to the home & premises. The garage is locked off and not accessible for the property.

The home was advertised to sleep 7, however, it was not stocked or set up to sleep 7. This required a significant amount of late night coordination to get sheets and blankets for a kid to go to bed. The home was dirty, drink glass rings on night stand, hairs in bathtub and on sheets. The kitchen was poorly stocked missing let items. There was a sign above the master bedroom toilet that said not to poo in that toilet! The location was noisy next to a major highway and in an area that felt unsafe to walk around. The house felt like a recent investment that ran out of money to furnish and stock it.

Spacious, clean and convenient

We had a great stay here. The house is very spacious and had everything we could need. It was convenient to the airport, downtown, and surrounding areas like Papago park, Scottsdale and Camelback. Communication was spectacular. They took care of everything for us.

The host was very friendly and responsive. The house itself, very nice and super modern feel.The location seems to be on a nice neighborhood, but isn’t great due to it being right up against the freeway, but it’s tolerable.I would definitely recommend improving on the actual amenities inside the house. I was discouraged due to the trundle bed not being ready for use and dirty, especially when it was needed. The host did offer to come and clean it next day, but I declined and opted for a blowup mattress instead. The master bed I would recommend updating as a whole. It’s a loft bed that is super low to the ground and the mattress was thin and rock hard. That being the main bedroom was a pretty big disappointment as it feels like we got no sleep. There must be issues with plumbing as well because there are only certain bathrooms to do your “business” in and they say where. It’s a 3 bath house so there’s options, but with a large family, that’s a bit of an inconvenience also. Again, the host was really responsive and that I appreciated, but ended up cutting my trip short.
