Reservation was for family visiting from out of town. The "Perch" is perfectly located, roomy, clean, excellently equipped, right down to large cocktail ice cubes in the freezer!

Great place!

A coworker and I stayed here for a conference and absolutely loved it! I don't know if I've seen a cleaner place, and the location was perfect. The team was also really responsive and kind. We would come back!

Port City Stays was great and this unit was fantastic. Updated and well appointed with quality touches, PCS got this one right.Excellent communication on behalf of PCS. One of the highlights of our trip.

Full of extras

The property was exactly as described, everything looked new, was clean and well kept. But the amenities really put it over the top; coffee, spare toothbrushes, multiple magnetic chargers in the bedrooms, everything was fantastic.

Perch

Perfect location in Portsmouth for shopping, dining, walks. EZ parking close by. Modern and well appointed for furniture and appliances. The AC mini-splits run a lot but air temp and humidity were good. Faint smell of cigarette smoke and there seemed to be dog hair on the living room rug, but otherwise clean.

Stay at Perch on Penhallow

Overall, the property and location was great, and the experience was positive. There was a mistake with the property address in the listing, which the property owner addressed quickly. Luckily, it didn't lead to any major issues. Aside from some missing hand towels and washcloths upon check-in, which were promptly restocked, the property was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials. The property was clean and cozy. Large bedrooms, closets, and plenty of bathrooms! The property sits above a restaurant and overlooks the quaint downtown area. It can be a little noisy on the weekend with the crowd below, but it wasn't too bad. It's within walking distance to a grocer, restaurants, cafes, shops, and historic landmarks. It's a lovely, spacious property with room to gather or spread out I would recommend this property.

Beautifully appointed and extremely well stocked, great location

This is probably one of the better stocked VRBOs I've stayed in and I've stayed in plenty. The kitchen had everything you needed including a cute bar set-up and a great coffee maker! Furniture was very comfortable and beds were just how I like them - firm! The blinds work on two tiers and you could tell the people who stayed before us didn't figure that out because they broke the blind in the bedroom. Didn't bother us though because the curtains were heavy enough to block out the light. Location is ideal and walkable to restaurants and shops. Do pay attention to the instructions on how to access the building by Cure Restaurant because Google maps will take you to the building over. Great place to stay in Portsmouth that I highly recommend if there are more than 2 of you. Very spacious, clean, large bedrooms and closets and comfy furniture along with everything you need! Owners were easy to get in touch with and quick to reply.
