The property has recently undergone a complete exterior renovation and boasts amenities such as a seasonally heated pool with stunning Gulf views, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Ideal for couples, families, and friends, this complex is perfectly situated on the Gulf of Mexico, close to Destin's premier shopping, dining, and attractions.

Excellent view of ocean, beach and pool.Pool was very comfortable with plenty seating.Property exterior was great, very clean and well kept.The condo lacked in cleanliness and maintenance. We would definitely stay at Emerald Towers again.

Beautiful Balcony View

We enjoyed our condo, the beautiful view, and the cleanliness of the condo and building/ facilities. The condo was renovated and very nice, but still could use some TLC before guests arrive.

Overall impression is very nice. Great view and this unit was within 20 ft. of elevator. Only downer was using hair dryers in both bathrooms, simultaneously. It overloads the circuit.

This condo was advertised as a Five Star stay. Bar none the view is five star as is the proximity to the beach. The condo…not so much. Upon arrival, the whole unit was covered in a light white dust. As my husband looked into the furnace, he found that the filter was completely clogged. We went to the store, purchased a new one and replaced it. The ceiling fire sprinkler in the second bedroom is missing its seal ring (another culprit of the dust). The icemaker in the wet bar was a complete solid block of ice. The built in cutting board in the kitchen has mold. I felt the necessity to wash every cup, plate, utensil, and silverware that we used. The bedroom was missing its window screen, as well. The condo’s location is good and the staff was very pleasant. The pool is nice too. I didn’t contact management while I was there, as I was on a vacation and didn’t want the stress of dealing with this stuff. Rather, I took care of things myself.

This property was amazing! It was clean and spacious. The view was amazing! The location was close by food and shopping. We had an issue with our toilet and they had someone out there in a couple hours! Would definitely recommend!

Second bedroom was spartan with two cot like beds. No handles or towel racks in master bedroom tub shower. Small toilets very dated. Clean but not for mature adults.
